Many old faltering karts - Yeah. Old karts and there really is much to improve. The catering space a large commercial dredge, with the intention of raising as much money as possible. The employee drove the go-kart on the track without a helmet and with a cigarette, good example and very bad.

Journey back to the hotel - We booked this as my little boy loves go karting he really enjoyed the experience it's self the children go karting is done by age and he done the pony one and this wasn't too bad priced either it cost £20e for 20 mins you get a free bus that picks you up which we thought was great we got pick up fine as my boy finished the karting another pulled in and we thought great timing well the diver let people off the bus shut the bus door saying no no information from him when he would be back he just left a big crowd off people standing everytime we asked when the bus is leaving we kept getting told 20mins and after waiting over a hour with no communication from the place its self what was going on it took for the driver of a second mini bus to come in to drop people off to sort everything out my other half went to speak to him he was able to tell us that there was a problem with the bus that was that was sitting I really don't understand why this was explained to us before hand not just left to stand and wait for over a hour bless the guy of the seconed mini bus he seemed really stressed trying to sort it all out running about mad and he did and we are greatful for him taking us back to the hotel again we are just glad he cared about the customers that are paying good money for the experience I just wish the people in the karting area had the same attitude

Shabby facilities with rude reception staff - My 16 year old son and I love karting and this looked like a decent sized track, with the free transport too, this sounded like a great place to visit on our holiday. Firstly the transport did not arrive at our hotel (which was on the drop down list to select for pick-up). If I hadn't seen one of their buses before, so I knew what I was looking for, I would have missed it driving past the end of the street and parking way up the road. We had to run to get it in time. Driver was a little too fast and driving right up to the cars in front for my liking. On arrival the signposting is poor. There is an arrow telling you to go to the right but when you get there you realise this is just the track side. Back we went to find out we needed to go upstairs. I went to reception where I was ignored for a while by an older woman until she eventually acknowledged me. She rudely told me I needed to register and pointed to a computer. This was a nightmare as it wouldn't accept I had typed my email address in the box. I tried to get the attention of the woman who just point blank refused to acknowledge me so I walked right down the counter to another woman and had to wave to be paid attention too. She did come and help in the end and was slightly friendly than the ignorant first woman. In the end she got me to write mine and my son's names down so she could sort it but this clearly didn't work as she just gave up. My son and I then headed to the track. The helmets were awful, most had no visors. Mine was a little too big but I could not see sizes in them so I made do. It was not checked that we had them done up correctly. There are no race suits or guidance about correct clothing. We made our way to our allocated karts, mine was shabby and had a chunk missing from the seat. There are no seat belts. The 2 men did go through the rules with us individually and they were good at organising the session, they were probably the only real positive to the day, along with the free transport. I did not feel safe on the track due to the speed of some karts, with lack of a visor, lack of race suit and no seat belt. My son was in the 15-17 year old kart but this was extremely slow and he was overtaken by younger ones. At the end, times were displayed but not everyone's was there, including my son's, which is why we were supposed to register in the first place. We went back to the counter to find out about the return transport and were again ignored by the staff at the desk. The man who picked us up was there so we asked him and he asked where our hotel was, when we said, he said OK as it wasn't too far (he knew this as he picked us up). After another scary ride back it was all over in less than an hour for a 12 minute, take your safety into your own hands, activity. Would NOT recommend and I am surprised to see so many positive reviews.

PERICOLOSO - The track è molto bella e il servizio offerto appare molto allettante. Peccato che sia tutto absolutely insicuro e il servizio reso sia pessimo. My sono spaccato un sopracciglio in an incident, mettendo 7 punti di sutura, a cause di un kart che non frenava e del Helmet che era senza visiera e dal 10 ottobre la pista mi nega ogni risarcimento, scaricando was responsible for his phantom questa compagnia assicurativa (che non mi ha mai neanche pagoto). I kart sono pericolosi e non frenano, i caschi sono senza visiera e ho seri dubbi sulla regolarità delle barriere, consider the distance dal tracciato. Beautiful, funny... Finché non ti fa mai male. Poi spariscono e ti negano anche quanto dovuto. Sconsigliatissimo. The track is very nice and the service offered seems very attractive. Too bad everything is absolutely unsafe and the service provided is terrible. I broke an eyebrow in an accident, with 7 stitches, due to a kart that did not brake and a helmet without a visor, and since October 10 the track denies me any compensation, blaming this supposed insurance company (which has never paid me). Go-karts are dangerous and do not brake, helmets are without visor and I have serious doubts about the regularity of the barriers, given the distance with the layout. Nice, fun... until you hurt yourself. Then they disappear and deny you even your due. Highly discouraged.

MUPPET SHOW - This was a regular place when we visit Tenerife . Unfortunately today will have been the last time after my son hit another customers kart. The driver got out the kart and launched the helmet across the track hitting my 15 year old son. This is apparently deemed acceptable as my son got taken off and told not to go back yet the fully grown adult who launched the helmet and acted like a baby got to resume racing. Very disappointed as I have always thought that this was run exceptionally well until today’s carry on . Anyway the karts are good, track is good and most of the staff is good. You can decide for yourself if you wish to visit !!! Price is €33 for 12 minutes.

Improved care - Well although I would like to repeat again, since my daughter and I had a good time, the experience was quite uncomfortable from the staff, I don't know honestly how many of them would have a bad day but only one was kind who was the one who started the karting, the rest treated dry and unfriendly, you seem to bother, you asked something and they ignored you, I wanted to take a picture of my daughter with the helmet and one of them touched my shoulder and pointed out the Poster that it is forbidden to take pictures and a couple of anedoctas more than the truth are similar, anyway a pity to come from the lagoon for that although I am left with my daughter having a great time and with the memory of the photo even if they were 20€

Waste of money - Karts not well maintained and don’t run right food is shocking and took along time to come health and safety isn’t very good either

Karting track experience - A cool karting track in itself and we were also very happy to do a few laps, however the unfriendly and outrageous service has prevented us from investing our money in this karting track. We arrived and the receptionist asked us to register only when we were done with it (and she took note of this) she did not pay attention to us and served all those who came after us. We stood there for 10-15 minutes waiting and her statement was several times an annoyed “one second”. On Tenerife there is another karting track where we will go now. 🤷♀️
