Superb tour to Zakopane - Would highly recommend this trip. Kuba arrived promptly outside our hotel for a very convenient pickup and gave us some interesting insights to Krakow as we drove out of the city. There was heavy snow but we needn't have worried, Kuba got us to our destination and back safely. Enroute we stopped at a great little cafe for coffee and delicious cakes, and then on to the wooden village, which was beautiful. We went inside a typical house set up as highlanders would have lived which also had a wood carver's workshop where the artisan craftsman created intricate designs as we watched. So interesting and Kuba was full of interesting and fun facts about how life would have been. Then on to Zakopane itself, which looked like a winter wonderland in the snow. He was really organised and had our tickets ready for tge funicular to the top of the mountain, which was much appreciated as there were significant queues which we were able to bypass. A great 3 hours of free time spent in this pretty place and then our return via the speciality smoked cheese shop for a sample (delicious) and a few complimentary shots of flavoured vodka to welcome us in the traditional way. We really enjoyed our trip and couldn't have picked a better guide. Well done Kuba, you were a very charming, knowledgeable and courteous host. 10 out of 10 for sure. Just as an aside, I stupidly lost my phone and later that evening Kuba messaged to say he'd found it in the mini van. He went out of his way to arrange for it to be dropped off at my hotel early next morning. What a good man, 110% great customer service and always with a smile. Thank you.

Trip to Zakopane from Krakow - Had a wonderful trip with our guide and driver Kuba. Kuba was very patient with our many questions and knowledgeable about the places we visited on route to Zakopane. We had a lot of snow on the day of our trip and Kuba got us there and back safely with great sense of humour. Would definitely recommend his services.

Fantastic day trip to Zacopane with a great tour guide - So glad we booked our Zacopane trip with this tour company. Kuba was a brilliant guide, very knowledgeable, interesting and informative and injected a warm sense of humour to our day. He was patient with all our questions and was an excellent host, even including some lovely flavoured vodkas to welcome us. He went above and beyond to make our day special and took really good care of us, even walking back to the mini bus to drive it closer to so we didn’t have to walk very far in the snow. And on the subject of snow…there was a great deal of it, especially in the mountains and he drove very safely. Would definitely book with him again and highly recommend. 5 stars for sure.

Memorable trip to Zakopane - We had a great day out in Zakopane, a beautiful part of Poland. Kuba, our driver and guide was waiting for us even before our designated pick up time. Although the tour we booked on was described as a 'small group tour', we were very fortunate to end up being the only passengers on the tour! But that didn't curb Kuba's enthusiasm as a tour guide. From start to finish, he was polite, friendly and professional, and a great source of information about every planned stop along the way. He was always ready to answer our questions and we learned much from him. He took the time to tell us how to pronounce some of the more difficult Polish place names, as well as make recommendations on where to have lunch in Zakopane based on our food preferences! At every stage of the trip he made sure that we were comfortable and had a great experience, reminding us that on his tour we "didn't need to rush". Unfortunately, the funicular ride up Gubalowka was not possible on the day due to maintenance work, but Kuba ensured the rest of the trip was an filled with memories. The last stop which included tasting freshly made grilled osypek and raspberry vodka in a rustic wooden cabin was a fitting end to a great day. We highly recommend booking with Time4Krakow. As a newly launched tour company and with Kuba's personal and yet professional approach, it will be a decision that you will not regret and an experience that you will remember.
