Great tour and spa trip - Everything ran smoothly, we had a message the night before with our driver and car details and pick up time and a message from them in the morning. Our driver and guide Michal was great and kept us informed through the day. We were unlucky with the weather and didn’t have a view from the top of the funicular, but it was still nice to go up the mountain. Zakopane was a lovely town for a visit, even in the rain and the spa was great. All in all we really enjoyed the tour, it is a long day, but fitted lots in.

Very enjoyable experienced with great variety. - We enjoyed the cheese tasting, but the best was the thermal springs. It was good to have the time to wander around by ourselves. The only criticism was the very uncomfortable ride in the van with large bags containing swimwearetc!

It’s a must - Fantastic day our tour guide Jonna was great, messaged us before trip to let us know what was happening, photo of bus with helpful hints before trip Soon as she got on bus, very funny lady who also knows what she’s talking about, loads of helpful places to visit sent to us during our free time, Beautiful views on rout the towns / villages we stopped in are gorgeous, sheep cheese was lush washed down with polish vodka. Honestly the we could have spent a day just in both the town and springs. Definitely a great tour and I’d highly recommend this to everyone visiting Krakow. So much to see and do great food/ drinks, markets shops views thrills rides something to suit everyone.

Highly recommended! - I did this trip as 4 friends and we would all highly recommend it - plenty of stops with lots of variety. Our guide Matthew was great and very informative - communications were brilliant giving recommendations and map directions by text and verbal instructions on what to expect at each stop and how to navigate the thermal baths (which was vital as it wasn’t straight forward!!) Really enjoyable

Brilliant day trip - This day trip was by far one of the best I’ve been on, it was straightforward and our driver was brilliant. He was also very informative and gave us knowledge on every area we went too. The cheese & vodka tasting was a good experience and zakopane its self was beautiful. I could have quite easily spent many more hours there. We did the gravity slide which was great fun. Thermal baths were good but busy, would probably like to go back at a quieter time of year, but overall it was a great day trip.

Our tour guide and drive Peter G was amazing! - Our trip was amazing. We thought our tour guide and driver Peter G was great, he was very chatty and told us lots of facts about different areas we drove past. He made the journey fun and his English was impeccable. He really did make the trip for us!! However the only down fall that made us rate it a 4 star was that the thermal spa was very over crowded and busy - it was advertised like it was relaxing and a spa atmosphere however it did not feel like a spa it felt like a kids swimming area with slides etc, it was hard to find a space in the hot tubs and the children were running around splashing in hot tubs. Just not what we thought so wouldn’t go back. But zacopane was amazing beautiful and very scenic lots of places to eat and lots of market stalls. The vodka and cheese tasting stop was fun, we really enjoyed that and everyone got stuck in.

Day in Zakopane - We were picked up by Peter G. He was a good Guide who guided us through the day and told stories about his country with humor. We were with a van of 8 people which made it more pleasant. We also found the stops in between at the cheese tasting and. the wooden houses pleasant. That'll break your car ride. The cable car was very touristy and also from the thermal baths we expected mss something different. But all in all we enjoyed our day.
