For A/H (airport to hotel) Our professional driver will welcome you at the exit of the arrival hall with your Name Board. The Free waiting time is 1 hour after one hour late than the actual arrival time. (So you have 2 hours free waiting time after land time, so don’t worry pass all airport board control and customers and visa check luggage pick up procedures!) The pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address need to be provided. For H/A (hotel to Airport) The meeting place is in your hotel lobby. The driver will hold your Name Board waiting there at the appointed time. Usually, the pick-up time is 3.5 hours in advance for international flights, 2.5 hours in advance for domestic flights. (Peak Hours and Some airports need to add one hour or more just to ensure you arrive there in time) The pick-up name, flight number, and airport terminals need to be provided. Please Note: • Tips are not included, these are at your discretion. • Unless otherwise stated, waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time. After this time the vehicle will be released. • If your flight is delayed we will check the flight information in advance and adjust your pick-up time accordingly. In the case of connecting flights, please note that we are only able to check the flight details printed on this voucher. • If you are unable to locate our local representative for any reason, it’s your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher for assistance, before making alternative arrangements. • If your pick-up/drop-off details change, you must amend your booking immediately. • Unless otherwise stated, 1 piece of medium-sized luggage is allowed per person, Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage is more than the space of the vehicle, it’s your responsibility to pay a taxi to carry your luggage.
