Best Crater Rim Walk Ever! - I would highly recommend the Crater Rim Walk. The walk is invigorating.. just the perfect amount of steepness to get a good bit of exercise along with incredible views. What made our hike the best was our guide Dee. She was incredibly cheerful, thoughtful and fun! We really appreciated all of her extra efforts towards all members of the group. Thank you!!!

Amazing day for a hike. - My husband and I went on this hike as part of our last full day in New Zealand. It was a perfect day for it weather wise. Heidi was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide. The hike itself was not difficult for us (we are from Colorado, USA). The first part of the hike was the most challenging, however the views were remarkable and totally worth it. I highly recommend this hike or another one that Heidi organizes for the future. Thank you again.

The Guided Rim Walk was a great experience and well recommended. - The location through the hills of Banks Peninsula provided some excellent views looking down over the waters of Lyttleton harbor on one side and the open sea with the little bays, like Taylors Mistake, looking down on the other side. The walk itself through the well established tracks along the tussock hills was very scenic. Heidi, our guide, provided well delivered and informative commentary on the history and the flora and fauna aspects of our trip.

A group tour that felt like a private tour experience! - This review is way overdue but so well deserved. This family run business is top notch! Communication before the trip and transportation were smooth. From the walking sticks, small snack and souvenir water bottles, they thought of everything so we were prepared for the hike. The hike itself had a little of everything too, great views, changing landscape, inclines, grazing sheep and winding paths on the crater rim. Our guides were super friendly, sharing their immense knowledge and experiences along the way. Our pace was just right, not rushed or stalled with plenty of photo opportunities. Afterwards, we were dropped off in Christchurch with plenty of time to eat and do some shopping. This is a great way to maximize your one day in Lyttelton/Christchurch
