- Waipara - Waipara Wine area, we visit 3 wineries whichever are open and available from Waipara Springs, Torlesse, Pegasus Bay, Waipara Hills & Georges Road.
- Waipara Springs Winery - Travelling north from your pick up location from Christchurch, arrive at your first stop at the beautiful Waipara Springs: one of the oldest and most popular wineries of the region. Enjoy wine tastings and a delicious pattered lunch (if option is selected - you will be here longer).
- Torlesse Wines - Your next stop is Torlesse Wines: a winery named after early Cantabrian resident Charles Torlesse. Here you will be able to sample wines including their Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and more.
- Pegasus Bay Winery and Deli - Your final stop will be the stunning winery of Pegasus Bay: a family owned winery who have been producing wine since the seventies. Taste some fantastic wines including sauvignon semillon, reisling, and more.

Enjoy an afternoon Wine Trail tour exploring three of North Canterbury’s boutique vineyards including Waipara Springs, Torlesse, Pegasus Bay, Waipara Hills or Georges Road, all producing a fine selection of both white and red wines for tastings. Also included are at least 15 wine tastings at the vineyards of wines from of numerous grape varieties.
Should the afternoon tour option with lunch be selected the Plattered lunch has been arranged at the first winery you visit on the day of travel.
- Child rate applies only when sharing with 2 paying adults
- Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking
- Minimum age is 18 years of age to consume alcohol in New Zealand
- Should any of the named wineries be unavailable on the day of travel, an alternative winery in the Waipara area will be included

A Fun Day of Wine Tasting! - The tour was half a day of fun wine tasting! We visited 3 wineries with 5 tastings at each. All three were very nice. The lunch at Waipara Springs was also very good. My favorite wine was the Cassis at Torlesse! The sculpture garden at Pegasus was beautiful! Joseph our tour guide was very informative and entertaining!

Excellent small group winery tour - Scotty was an excellent guide - full of great info, wineries were excellent and we had the opportunity to taste manyyy wines! Everyone gave us VIP treatment, we very much enjoyed our day!

Highly recommended - This was a great afternoon of wine tasting experience. Our guide Jude made us feel comfortable and made our day very enjoyable.
All three wineries we visited were boutique and unique, each one having its own speciality and each one came with a tasting of 5 wines each which was very generous

A wonderful guided wine tour and trip with friends in a relaxed atmosphere - A wonderful guided wine tour where you could learn a lot about New Zealand wines and New Zealand winemaking in general. A great trip to spend in a relaxed atmosphere with friends.

Fun day at wineries - Scott was a super guide and the hosts at the wineries were good at explaining the wines we tasted. The first winery even offered a gin tasting.

Fabulous wine tour! - Fabulous wine tour! The driver/guide provided information on the drive to the first winery, Waipara Springs, where we tasted several wines, then had a great lunch. The wine pourer explained the wine processes and answered questions. We also visited George's Road and Torlesse. I was able to discuss the wines we tasted with the owner at George's Road who then offered to let us taste his syrah. Two of us found this one to be the best and we each bought a bottle. Torlesse produces wine in a more French style. All in all, a great day out meeting other wine lovers, and tasting a variety of wines and styles. I would definitely recommend!

Fun & intimate - Intimate group of people, great hosts out at the vineyards and driver Pete was great to chat with and educated us along the way! We tasted around 15 wines all very unique and lunch was more than I expected. Definitely recommend :)

Late cancellation by operator. - Tour company cancelled less than 24 hours before tour. Cancellation was due to lack of numbers which they would have known considerably earlier in the week. The late cancellation did not leave us enough time to make arrangements with another provider. Extremely disappointing and would not recommend booking with the company.
