- If you bring luggage for transfer, the maximum accommodation is 4 guests plus 5 suitcases. If you don’t bring luggage, the maximum accommodation is 5 guests.
- We welcome guests who use manual wheelchairs! Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate guests who use electronic wheelchairs and cannot move on their own.

Information you should know until the pickup day.
- Our operator will inform you of the driver’s name and vehicle’s plate number 3 days before the pickup day.
- Our driver will wait for you 10 minutes before the meeting time. Please show the driver your booking details.
- 1-4 guests use 1 vehicle / 5-8 guests use 2 vehicles / 9-12 guests use 3 vehicles. If your group exceeds the maximum accommodation, please book according to your group size.
