To start, participants will observe a fish disassembly demonstration by the professional sushi chef, learning the various steps involved in preparing fish for sushi. The chef will also provide insights into Japanese knives.
Following this, participants will discover what sushi truly is and learn the correct techniques for making nigiri sushi and rolled sushi. The sushi master will guide them through the process, offering step-by-step assistance. All necessary sushi-making tools and tableware are supplied by local vendors.
In the delicious part of the experience, participants will savor their own sushi creations! As they enjoy their meal, the sushi master will prepare additional sushi, complete with the freshest wasabi possible.
