Fish Market and Outer Market - Our guide, Goreillo, met us in our hotel lobby and took us on a super fun tour. We enjoyed seeing the fish auction house and learn about the process of buying fish at auction. We then went to Tsijiki Outer Market where he helped us navigate the more than 400 stalls to find which products we were interested in. Our last stop was Ramen Alley in Tokyo Ststion where he left us to have lunch. Our whole family loved the tour. Goreillo was friendly and professional and we enjoyed spending the morning with him.

Great Tsukiji market experience with an awesome guide - After satisfying my curiosity @Toyosu Market, my guide Isao Kito brought me to Tsukiji Market and I had a great time there. Isao is warm and sincere, and I can feel he earnestly tries his best to make the best of my visit there. Has a great local knowledge of the market and showed me the gems there. Thanks for a great insider experience, Isao!

Highly recommended fish market tour with Koji! - Amazing fish market tour of Tsukiji (old) and Toyosu (new)! Our tour guide Koji was fabulous. He contacted us before the tour started to get a sense of what we wanted to do. He met us at our hotel lobby and took us to Tsukiji first and then Toyosu. Please note if you want to see the tuna auction, it starts at 530am and you would need to request ahead of time. Koji mixed in some history of the area: we visited some local shrines, walked both in the inner and outer Tsukiji markets annd ate some amazing street food along the way. He also took us to Daiwazushi which was fantastic! Koji was so kind he waited for us to finish eating and then took us to a local market area, Senkyaku Banrai, which had a lot of small shops and food places. Overall a 10/10 experience!

Outstanding guide for Tsukiji Markets - Masa was the perfect guide for visiting all of the Tsukiji markets - wholesale, retail, consumer and then the outer market. He was able to explain so many things to us, like the history of the market, how the tuna auction works and he was able to help us navigate through the markets, all which would have been difficult to do on our own.

The perfect guide for the Tsukiji markets. - Our guide, Masa, was fantastic. He gave us an understanding of the history and operations of the Tsukiji wholesale, retail, consumer and outer markets and showed them to us. We would had a difficult time navigating them on our own and without him we would not have had the rich experience and understanding that we did with him as our guide. We would recommend this tour with Masa to anyone visiting Tokyo.

A wonderful morning at Toyosu with a great guide. - We had a wonderful morning with Isao at Toyosu. He made an effort to apply for the lottery that got us onto the 2nd floor observation area close to the action. We followed this with an excellent omikase sushi experience near the market. Then he led us around Tsukiji for site seeing and a little shopping. Thanks for a great time!

Tsukiji Food and Toyosu Market Tour - Taku was awesome! He was knowledgeable and patient, letting us stop and try things along the way, never making us feel rushed and made the tour feel like it was entirely in our hands or terms. Because of this, it was an enjoyable experience for the whole family and a highlight for our stay in Tokyo. He even translated so my gluten free mum could try some street food as well. Cannot recommend Taku enough!

Tsukiji market is great for trying foods. Toyosu is interesting but really is for businesses rather than individuals. - The tour was a lot of fun and our guide Mass was great. He explained the market structure well and also taught us some other general things about Japan. There are tons of foods to try at the secondary market of Tsukiji. The primary market Toyosu is interesting too but we missed all the action by going at 1030am. The auction sounds interesting to see but the trade off is it starts around 5am. Overall I would recommend this to others.

Good tour excellent guide - Our guide Show was excellent and well prepared. He pointed out so many food stalls and had a notebook to illustrate some of his ideas. I gave 4 stars because I thought the itinerary was a bit repetitive with 2 markets but we knew that going in. We give Show our guide 5stars!
