Had a Great Time Touring the Tsukiji Fish Market - Met up with iNok from Fantasy Travel in front of the Tsukiji Hongwan-j Temple and learned a little about it before heading off to the fish market. We walked around the outer circle sampling foods and looking at all the amazing things to buy. After that he took us through market where you can purchase fish to take home and prepare yourself. We then went to a restaurant where we ordered a sit down sushi lunch 😋. Our last stop was walking to the the Shiodome Tower. From the top floor we were able to look across the harbor to the new commercial fish market below. It’s an excellent tour and I would highly recommend it for seafood lovers visiting Tokyo!

Cute little taste of everything - iNok was a great tour guide. The walking tour is a decent length of walking for anyone that doesnt walk frequently. I do so i enjoyed it. We stopped at multiple stops walking through the fish market and tasting the goodness then lunch. Dont eat heavy prior. Or just eat light.

Would recommend 10/10 - We really enjoyed our tour with INok, he’s got great energy and enthusiasm for food and made us feel as ease straight away. There was no rush and he answered all of our questions. The food we were given was all very tasty and there was a good variety of different things. The lunch was also great, sat in a booth the conversation flowed very easily and it was amazing to hear about the history of the places we had been and were going to. I would recommend this tour to anyone who likes Japanese food and wants to learn more, as well as tasting some of the freshest and most delicious seafood!

Lovely experience - We met Hana at the designated location and she had our names written on a sign. It was nice that the tour was only my husband and I so we had Hana’s undivided attention. She was thorough in giving us some is the history of the temple as well as the market. We weren’t sure how the tour was structured but Hana took us to different vendor spots and paid for the treats as it was part of the tour. Then we had lunch in a nice air-conditioned booth so that was a bonus since the August heat can feel exhausting. We ended the tour with a walk to a nearby building to catch the view from up top.

Great fun at Tsukiji Markets. - My son and I had a wonderful tour through the Tsukiji markets with our guide INok. The meeting point was easily accessible and the tour provided a quick easy insight into the markets, different foods and local culture including the local Buddhist Temple. The tastings along the way and the lunchtime meal were just perfect. INok is easy to talk to on lots of topics and a real “foodie”. Along the way he takes a few photos of you which he shares with you at the end. He even helped us book our train ticket back to our hotel. The tour ends with a view from the 46 th floor of the Shiodome. Even though it was raining it was still a special sight. Once you’ve done the tour you would have gained better insight if you choose to go again on your own. Definitely recommended and thoroughly enjoyable.
