Great service and value for money - Bus was easy to find at stand 1 outside the Ryanair arrivals. Staff were very helpful and journey took around 30-40 minutes.

Excellent service, best way for airport-city connection - Excellent service, traveling on schedule, friendly and helpful staff, very decent prices, probably the best and most comfortable way to travel between Ciampino airport and central station Termini in Rome, where you can find connections for any destination in Rome and other cities. Clean and reliable buses. Great service and I highly recommend Terravision.

Recommended journey if going 1st time to Rome to save time. - The overall trip was comfortable and well air-conditioned . The price is fair for the journey as it's a long route to and from Roma termini to Rome Ciampino. P.s they could fix some of the seats as they appear to be broken as they don't sit upright .

Ciampino Airport - Rona Termini - Very efficient service, friendly staff, great experience. My flight arrived two hours late, I had already bought the ticket from the app, they allowed me to take the first available bus. Super recommended.

Nice experience. - I used terravision both times I visited Rome to go from chiampino to the center and vice versa. I booked tickets very easily from the site. It is very helpful that it is not mandatory to take the bus at the time the ticket is written and they give you the option to take the bus before or after the scheduled time. The routes are on time. The staff very helpful. The price of the ticket at 5 or 6 euros is a very good price. The buses are comfortable with air conditioning. I will definitely use terravision again on my next trip to my beloved Rome.

Professionalism - Professional and punctual! The stations are super central, both at the airport and in the center of Rome in Termini. A Buying tickets is affordable and easy.

Simple and timely transfer - Easy online prior booking process and clear instructions on how to locate the stop as well as advice to be there 15 mins before departure. I would recommend that you arrive a little earlier than that to ensure that the company representative at the stop is aware of your pre-booked evidence, especially at Termini where queues for both Ciampino and Fiumicino services gather at the same stand. Both journeys were on time.

Let sweat all in the no a/c bus - Cheap compare to Ubers… and u get what you pay for disgusting hot bus with no a/c full of sweating inside ppl. Wish I knew the level two f services before

Disaster - The bus was there in front of me but they wouldn't let me on, it was full! But I had already paid for the ticket (I had 2). The bus was supposed to take us to Termini, so, they made me miss the train too. I had to pay the "airlink: then another train ticket. Thank you terravision!!!! Never again!!!
