Excellent Tour to Angra dos Reis - Good morning.. I would like to congratulate the guide Aline here.. who yesterday accompanied us on our Tour to Angra.. I just want to say EXCELLENT GUIDE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for her! At all times concerned about everything, giving clear information, animated, etc. The Tour is wonderful and is spoken at all times in English, Spanish and Portuguese, which is very good for the tourist.

Very good! But bad lunch. - The Tour itself is great! You can go without fear. Attention points: 3 hour trip there and 3 hours back, very tiring. I have a very late lunch, and it's not good.

Full day at Angra Dos Reis e Ilha Grande Pepe Rio Tours!!! - The tour was well organized and the view of the crystal waters of Angra dos reis e ilha grande was breathtaking. The tour operator was bilingual a d spoke in English too which was really appreciated. We were picked up from our doorstep and taken to Angra dos reis, the islands were amazing. Two things that could have been better are - the washroom in the boat was not cleaned, it would be really helpful especially for women if the washroom could have been cleaned and the buffet included in the trip was given very late and the vegetarian or vegan options were very limited. Other than that everything was amazing.

Clean water - The boat trip was very good! But the meal that is added to the tour is very poor. Because you have lunch around 5 pm. I believe leaving it up to the person to choose what to eat on the island is more interesting.

Beautiful places, but tiring walk. - The places are incredible, magnificent beauty of nature. Already on the bus, more than 20 people complained that the air conditioning wasn't working, it was even difficult to breathe because it was so stuffy. The bizarre thing was that the driver and guide kept saying everything was ok. Until the passengers managed to convince them to open the windows. On the schooner, the problem is the excess of passengers, which, although it is within the vessel's capacity, becomes a horror movie because there are only 2 stairs for +/- 150 people that have approx. 30min to swim at the stopping points. So it's a struggle to disembark and then get back to the schooner. Lunch was served in the back of a restaurant, a very dark place that served cold food with little variety and quality. Tiring, takes a long time, little information about the places visited. Note: extremely bad-tempered driver, guide with minimal desire to help, little effort and friendliness, schooner staff super polite, hard-working and attentive.

Missing excursion. - The entity failed the excursion. This did not happen. We made contact with the company Pepe Tours but so far we have not received a response. At the very least, we would like to be reimbursed for the expense.

Fraud risk - They charged us 400 relais for a day boat trip. Instead they made us spend 8 hours on the bus to arrive at a different destination than the one agreed upon. They made excuses for our complaints and did not refund us. It was a fraud in every respect.
