Great Guide, Many Buildings - I was the only one on the tour, but the guide was great. Besides knowing a lot about the Cincinnati area’s buildings and history, he talked about what he enjoyed there as a kid, and when working there for decades.

TripAdvisor, You SUCK and are CROOKED - TripAdvisor sucks! We scheduled the walking tour and river boat cruise for $475. The day before the cruise they cancelled our reservation “due to mechanical issues” trip advisor said that they were going to refund me my money however they refunded all of it except for $13. And it’s very clear they have no intentions of repaying that $13 back. It’s also clear that their only objective is to siphon money. I called the riverboat cruise directly and I asked if they had canceled the cruise or if there was any issues…. Only to find out that no, they did not cancel anything. They do not work with TripAdvisor. There is nothing wrong with any of their boats. So I scheduled a lunch cruise directly with B&B riverboat cruises on the same day and time. We got lunch for six people and the tour For $190. I called TripAdvisor back and explained to them what had happened and they could not attest for the cancellation and they also could not give a reason why the riverboat cruise is stating that they do not do business with any travel or destination planning websites. Before using TripAdvisor contact the places that you’re going directly, save yourself a whole bunch of time, money and stress, and you don’t have to deal with stupidity. And in the end, you won’t lose money for no reason or be price gouged. The topper Is TripAdvisor had the audacity to send me an email saying they’re sorry that I canceled our trip. I had no intentions of canceling the trip… They’re the ones that canceled. then they have the audacity to even go further and ask for a review of the trip that they canceled that we didn’t go through them. I have emailed them twice, requesting the rest of my money to be refunded to me only to be stonewalled. TripAdvisor there is clearly scheduling things they have no intention of doing so that they can cancel and keep a little bit of everybody’s money. $10 from everybody for doing nothing would be a lot of money at the end of the year.
