- Catación Pública Eje Cafetero / Jaime Duque Educación en Cafés de Alta Calidad - In this tour you will get to know the entire coffee production chain, understanding the product as a raw material and finally as a drink.
- You will go through the Threshing and Green Coffee sector and there you will have the possibility of doing your own quality control using the latest technology tools and machinery so that your level of experience is higher. You will do the threshing, granulometry and classification of defects.
- In the Roasting area, using a GIESEN heat conduction roaster you will transform your raw material into roasted coffee. Using a software that allows you to control all the variables of the process.
- You will enter a laboratory specialized in the analysis of high-quality coffee where tools are used to awaken the senses such as: Le Nuz de Cafe, flavor wheel, Javalitics, everpure filters, hygrometer, among others, that will help you live a sensory experience.
- Then you will arrive at the extraction area, where you can taste three different coffee profiles with different processes and/or origins and/or processes, expanding your knowledge of the flavors of Colombian coffees.

At the coffee bar, immerse yourself in a distinctive taste experience and extraction process with a SYNESSSO espresso machine, COMPAK and BARATZA grinders, ACAIA bar with gram scales, everpure filters, FELOW jugs, amongst other top-grade elements.
