Amazing views - The views were amazing. We spoke with Diogo S. And he sugested us to hop off at pico dos barcelos. Nice place to have a beer abd enjoy the fantastic views over the city and the ocean. For 20€ you get two days to hop on hop off as many times as you wish. Thanks Diogo S.

Incredible tour - Good ride with the driver Hilario , we visit the cities and Chamber of wolves , recommend even we can get in and out as many times as necessary, the bus passes every twenty minutes

Nice experience - I was walking or bumped into Diogo S.lo met at station 3 of Fulchal and sold me tickets for the tourist bus, advised me to go to Camara de lobos, to the mountain to see the baskets, to pico dos barcelos. It was a wonderful experience. Recommendation à tutti, Diogo S.e a persona ecezzionale.thanks for all your advice.

Spectacular - I loved the tour, visited the garden of the market cable car, a se. We did the wine tasting, we went to the miradouro and wolf chamber. Incredible, the seller Tatiana who works at the company was very helpful and provided in the many information. We like MT. I recommend

Wonderful - We met Diogo S. At station 3 in Funchal. He sold us tickets for the tour bus. Trip Tip He was very good and made us discover the fishing village of Câmara de Lobos. He told us to go to Monte to experience the baskets and then to Pico dos Barcelos. It was an incredible wonderful and incredible adventure. Diogo S. is an exceptional person. We thank him very much and will be back with great pleasure 🤗

A review of 2 routes -red and blue - The red route offered much more interest. The bus frequency was 20 mins and the journey had multiple stops The blue route was pretty dull, and althoughh the scenery provided photo ops, the few stops /bus operator didn’t allow it. Time between buses was 1hr 30mins - wouldn’t recommend this route The earphones in the blue route also didn’t work well

Disappointing blue line - We chose the blue route which looked interesting but turned out to be a very expensive way to visit Monte Palace tropical gardens, since all of the other stops were either walkable within Funchal or held little of interest. The hop on hop off aspect was negligible since the bus only ran every 90 minutes, despite the website showing that it ran every 30 minutes. To compound issues, we had decided to get off at stop 9 on the way back to visit the Mercado dos Lavradores but the driver, for reasons unknown, did not stop there. It would have been a lot more interesting to take the cable car up from Funchal. Can’t comment on the red route.
