Great Tour - We use these in every city we visit _Europe, South/North America, Asia. Always good to some better than others depending on what there is to see in the city This was a great tour. Quite a compact city. Did whole tour. Then got off Had a coffee and picked bus back up further round to to to Olympic stadium Great that it goes to cruise terminal on days when ships are in Discount on boat trips if you show your ticket Friendly helpful staff Highly recommend

Efficient transportation method - Specials were very efficient and very clean. Goes to all the important sites. Highly recommend as a method of getting around the city

Informative city tour - I hopped on in Senate Square, and the stop was very easy to find. I had booked my pass online in advance, but it was also possible to buy one from a nearby stand. The audio was informative, and made it clear which stop was the next one. Said stops were also close to places of interest. I hopped off to see the Rock Church, and then walked to the Sibelius Monument. The latter was also on the bus route, and I didn't have to wait too long to hop on again. My ticket was valid for 48 hours, and so I did the tour in full the next day. I have done City Sightseeing tours in a few other cities, and have always been impressed. Thanks for everything!

Great bus tour - Lovely city made very accessible with an excellent bus tour lasting 90 minutes. The bus was immaculately clean and modern. Heikki our bus driver was so helpful too and spoke excellent English.

Not bad - My daughter and I usually do walking tours, but with limited time and distances in Helsinki, we opted for the bus. It was fine, but we still prefer our walking tours of cities to get more historical information.

Prøv noget andet - Havde nok forventet noget mere, end det jeg fik. Guidningen var sparsom og svær at høre, da bussen larmede utroligt meget. Det med 30 minutters interval på busserne holder ikke. Jeg stod et sted, hvor der kun kom en bus hver time og derudover er trafikken så tung og sløv i Helsinki, at det næsten er umuligt at komme frem.

Can't really rate this excursion - The excursion itself was a good one being able to hop on and hop off to explore. The only problem during the time my family was there it was a holiday and so most everything was closed so we were unable to explore a lot of things. I do feel it would be a good experience if everything was open.

Not worth it, long waits - Not worth it. Long waits. Drop offs not close to sites. Public transport was super easy. Other city hop ons are much better.

Worst spent money ever - The bus is supposed to arrive every 30minutes. In reality it is every 45-60 minutes. When it arrives it is crowded and there is no space to sit. Additonally, they drive only from 10AM to 4PM. With the fact that the bus only arrives every 45 minutes and you also need to eat lunch, there is no time left at all. The price is way too high. Since it was crowded, there where also no headphones available for us. I used this bus in other cities and the service was always mugh better. Please please just use public transport and Google as a guide and safe the money.

Worst experience ever I had - I drive bus number FKA985 ( Date 21July2023) with a Russian look drive:( he is super rude angry unprofessional driver , It's worst expensive ever I had in my life
