Long, extensive routes - EXTENSIVE routes. Only did the green today, pretty comprehensive. Great value. Other lines (Grayline and Lisbon Sightseeing) were always overly crowded and no room. There’s no good commentary, our driver was completely silent, but a great driver.

Food & Wine tour of Lisbon - A great food and wine tour of Lisbon by a great host: Rodrigo. We toured four ares of Lisbon city, taking on the sights and being informed of the history and information of the areas. We visited four different venues to try different food and wines from Portugal/ Lisbon. A long walk? Maybe, but worth it.

Nice experience - The red line was very good with many scenic views and commentary. The green line was not so good. Not much to see and almost no commentary. I did not get to ride the blue line.

Horrible this scam - Traveling regularly in capitals I often took the sightseeing sightseeing sightseeing sightseeing bus. I had never been disappointed so we took the tickets without being suspicious .. and without reading the reviews. What a monumental mistake!! We looked for the wrong stops and when we found them we waited 30 to 40 minutes .. we saw the buses of the other 2 companies pass 2 to 3 times. We climbed to the Castle San Jorge on foot and wanted to take the green bus in front to get back down. 2 passed in front of us complete.. we had to leave on foot after an hour wait. And today we wanted to make the cruise that we had paid in the 47 euros.. it was mentioned every hour from 10:45 to 17:45.. arriving at the pontoon at 14:30 after having eaten with stone lance to be on time we learn that the only one to come is in 1 hour... no one had informed us while we had asked the driver that same morning.. I strongly advise against this company on the city of Lisbon!! To flee!!

Worst hop on hop off bus I've done - Worse bus tour I've ever gotten (my best one was in Vienna) I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing this one. - you cannot see the bus positions on the map, so you end up waiting a lot, especially because they're often late - the audio tour is very poor and in many occasions they're triggered in the wrong place - the blue line goes through several places that are not interesting, which could be a better experience with more audio - there were stops without marks, like blue 4 - there were stops in the wrong position in the map, like red 12 - the walking tour guide was not very good, although very kind I don't know how the other ones are, but I strongly suggest you do your research before choosing this one. Also, I can see they responded reviews here saying the strive to improve, but in my exclusive there's still much room for improvement compared to other buses experiences.

VERY BAD - BAD SERVICE. I would not recommend it to anyone there are other companies that do the same service and are very good. Long waits (three buses of the other company before ours arrived). It started to rain a lot we asked to close the bus and said no... you can see that it is the company's disposition. we got off just in time and watching the buses go by while it rained hard and only the city sightseeing buses were open and all the people were very wet .. I assure you that the minibuses could be closed automatically. I strongly advise against the company. With earphones you listen to a lot of muzzles and little history, they do not warn about subsequent stops. Money thrown away

Waste of Money - Total rip off. Completely disorganized. Unfriendly staff. Barely got any descriptions of anything on the route, mostly just played horrible music. I gave up listening after a while. Routes were too repetitive. Been on loads of hop on hop off tours before. This was the worst one ever. Will never use again. Spend your money elsewhere. Would love to hear from the company as you owe me a refund.

abysmal is a scam if they charged 30 euros per person in the port of Lisbon to make the tour on the bus and then we - It's all a scam we were robbed of.money they charged us 30 euros per person and did not give the tour as they were protests and brought us back to the port and no one responded there was no one to claim.We will report feet have stolen our money they have no scruples ever again I do not recommend them happened.Today 26 October in the port of Lisbon we arrived on the cruise shipMSC Orchestra and that is not fair that they have taken our money this way.

No commentary - No commentary, not sure what’s the point of this tour. In reality, “tour” is not a right name for it. After doing similar experiences in other countries this one could definitely be improved.
