Highly recommended - We went to visit Santander and thought about getting on the tour bus to get to know the city. It was the best we could do, the very nice drivers, especially Miguel. Fully recommended if you visit the city and do not have much time

Good tours, great tour! - The city tour is highly recommended for first getting to know Santander. You see all the sights and get good recommendations. The staff are very friendly. I would particularly like to highlight Joel, who did the included booth tour with us! Very good explanations and a pleasant pace. Although the tour was only in Spanish, Joel did this very well in English just for us! Thank you again!

Assessment - I bought the ticket for Wednesday and at this time I agreed with a driver named Miguel (it was Tuesday morning), excellent professional, very attentive ; he even informed me of l'App that indicates where the bus is at any moment. Great and accurate comments; I insist: a good professional.

Expensive and not the best open top bus tour - I had a couple of hours to fill and took this tour to see a bit more of the city, the tour achieved the objective but we seemed to spend a lot of time stopped for no obvious reason and the commentary quickly went out of sync. The cost of the tour at €26 is bit expensive for what you get but does include a short train journey out onto a small peninsular with gardens >this maybe the highlight but I didn’t take it so as not to risk being stranded when I needed to get to the airport. These tours are fairly standard in many cities but this was not one of the best. If you have plenty of time using the local bus system to get to Sardinero and doing your own thing may be a better and cheaper option.

It's expensive for what it offers - The staff is very friendly but the service is scarce. You pay 26€ per person and it is still a bus that takes you from one point to another of few distances. It informs you of something you see. The line bus costs 1'30 € and serves the same function and you do not have to take 10 or 15 minutes at any place of the 10 stops or at a roundabout to square time with the other tourist bus. It costs too much for what it offers.

Poor - Got off near casino. Went to the beach then had to wait for 1 hour and the bus was full. Waited for the next bus all seats were full so had to stand for the rest of the journey. Kids were bored of waiting in the sun. The app doesn’t work properly, the busses locations aren’t accurate and don’t update often enough. Would not recommend.

All messed up. - There weren’t any. The bus didn’t run, and no one let me know. Evidently the bus only runs on the weekends until June. And even if it did, this Monday was a holiday - they never should have sold me a ticket. Not sure if they will refund me or not. ?

we were robbed! - This tour preys on tourists! They saw us with our luggage and my partner and I paid 56 euros! The tour took nearly 30 mins to leave while the driver tried to rip off more people on the street at every stop. Only a few minutes between stops then more waiting! It took nearly 3 hours to complete a tour that should have taken 45 mins. No prices in display so they charge what they like. Bus was old and dirty and most of the windows are partially covered with a design?! and the small snippets of info that you hear through the headset are offset by the most god awful elevator music. I wish we had read the reviews before getting on. I've been on City tours before and this was the worst experience ever!

Waste of money - I would give 0 stars if possible. I think they only have a bus, maxim 2.Definetly not hop and off ,you have to wait hours for one to arrive.Money wasted as a normal bus ticket is just 1,3 euros and the transport infrastructure is amazing
