The night tour and hop on/hop off - I did 2 tours. One was during the day (hop on, hope off) and I did the night tour. The tour guide did a great job explaining all the sights. I called a couple times to find out bus times and the folks who answered the phone were very helpful. I loved the night tour. Punch was our guide and he was spectacular! He knows the city very well. I liked that he pointed out great spots to eat. He was funny and he was so easy to understand!! He speaks very clearly, not too fast and enunciates well. That may sound silly but it really makes a difference. If he does day tours, try to get on his bus.

The Toronto city tour did not disappoint. - We were touring the city where we grew up. It was great to see first hand that although the city has changed in so many ways, it has retained the original facades of some of the oldest buildings. Although the city has evolved, the old and new meld together in a positive way. I had thought that all the high rise building would take away from the historical view but I was pleasantly surprised. The ROM looks fantastic with it's new design. There have been multiple changes over the past 50+ years, but it was a wonderful trip back in time.

Terrible, boring tour, couldn't understand the guide, bus filthy, and many of the speakers were not working. A complete waste of - **TERRIBLE ** We thought it would be nice to see and learn about the city on the hop on hop off bus. We were wrong! The bus we took did not have a audio information service, but instead, had a guide that could hardly speak English. He spoke too quickly and as English was a second language for him, his Indian accent was too difficult to understand. In addition, many of the speakers did not work. The stops are boring and the bus very dirty. For $132, this was very disappointing and an absolute rip off!!

Not worth the price we were group of 6 - I thought that it is supposed to be a paperless ticket as you advertised but they said they have to issue a physical ticket to hop on off the bus. And of course 2 of my family member lost their ticket along the way and we had to beg to let us get in the bus, which they said okay with the condition that we could not hop on off the bus anymore until the end of the stop, so missed quite few of the stops. The wait time is not 30 mins also, it is more than that. It is very expensive price and it is not worth it with experience we had.
