Go have some fun! - Awesome tour with Isabel and Fernando! We learned so much about Mayan culture and enjoyed the ceynote and snorkeling! Highly recommend! Our family of 6 had a blast. The food was mediocre but we didn’t have high expectations!

Magic of the cenote... - 5 out of 5 ...great tour, solid activities, and the greatest tour guide Jonathan. He made our day. Great cenote, great zip line, and great atv. Only thing I'd say is buy your insurance for the quads at the resort or bring some money to buy it. And the photos could be much better price, considering they are just on a memory card. Excellent day. Great memory.

Ask for Jaime( pronounced highme) - My wife and I had Jaime as our guide and we could not be more pleased with how the day went, he was so knowledgeable about everything he showed us, he was on time and made sure there was cold waters for us being it’s so hot out, really couldn’t have asked for a better day and a better experience….. oh and btw the lunch they served was better than what I been getting at my 4 diamond hotel, how that makes sense I have no idea but it was so good, and also want to praise Paola who was out ATV guide, she made sure everyone knew what they were doing, explained how to use the machine the right way and what not to do, really had a great experience, can’t wait to come back to Mexico just do another activity with them, they are the best and very good with pricing as well!!!!

Great trip but guide should have been more informative about Tulum - Our guide to was Jorge and he wasn't very chatty or informative about Tulum and he walked way too fast through it. We learned way more about Tulum from other tour guides we passed.
He was much more informative and engaged about the cenote caves.
The lunch provided was ok nothing special but the 2 bottles water Jorge provided were very welcome.
Overall though we enjoyed this tour

Make sure your Guide is Julian Alejandro for the best excursion ever, no joke!! - Our Guide Julian was Outstanding! Absolutely amazing. He was soo funny and personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Especially about the Tulum Ruins and the Mayans El Sol cycles. It was such and amazing experiences. Muy Beuno:) To swim in the cenotes and treck on ATV thru the Jungle was so surreal . The cenotes was my favorite part. The fresh wayer was soo refreshing and it was such a stellar time. Julian spoke about the History, about the cave and the ecological system....so informative. It was the best time ever!
The food also was so refreshing and gave us a feeling of Home.
My only wish was that it could of been longer. It felt a but too short for the money spent. But it was a beautiful experience nonetheless and I can't wait for other to enjoy!
Thank you so much Julian!!!
Adios Amigo :)

Lots of fun - Atving was really fun and the Cenote was beautiful! The guide Luis gave so much great information about the area, the history and the land.
Tulum was very interesting as well but too hot out to be enjoyed. Would have been better to do as a morning thing instead of mid day

Good Idea, Bad Execution - TLDR: fun trip, lots of explanation time with less activity time, kind of a tourist trap?
Longer explanation: first they picked us up at our hotel then took us to their main location where we waited for 15-20 mins for everyone on our tour (about 8 people). We took about an hour ride from Playa to Tulum. We started with the Ruins in which you start and end at a gift shop but we did get some alone time to explore on our own. Next, we drove about 20-30 mins to lunch. Lunch is bad - beans (liquid, no actual beans), chips, liquid cheese, chicken breasts/thighs, salad, juices. VERY mediocre and not exciting. Then we went to do ATVs - explanation took FOREVER and they basically bully you into getting the insurance as they assure you you will end up charged for some damage even if someone else hits you. This took probably 30 minutes with another additional 10 mins for helmets and pictures they take to sell you later, then the actual ride time was maybe 20-30 mins. We then changed clothes for the cenote. Once again, long explanation with short experienced time. Although all of the activities were fun and beautiful, the wait times leading up were honestly miserable. I only ate the food because I didn’t bring anything else - so I recommend bringing snacks if you want to survive.

Terrible experience. - Ah. So Tulum was alright, you walk around and see the ruins it is what it is pictures would have been fine for me but the others I was with were into it so that made me happy. Then we went to the ATV and cenote site. We were met by a man named Alfredo who was our guide for the tours. When we went to discuss safety of the ATVs, it was quickly changed to forcing you to buy insurance. We were told everything was included and only brought cash for tips so didn't have the extra cash for insurance and boy was that a mistake. Alfredo became extremely verbally abusive, embarrassing us in front of the rest in the group. He ripped clipboards out of both females hands who refused insurance. He started mocking us and saying we must be experts and that we were full of excuses because we didn't have enough cash on us. I ended up not going on the ATV because I was too intimidated and scared of him. During the ride he was doing everything in his power to make the individuals who didn't buy insurance crash into him, including making people switch spots and yelling at them to go faster. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience and no one enjoyed it. I would not recommend and I'm sad I ruined a day of vacation. Will never go on an excursion again.
