Amazing!! - I usually do not book excursions but I wanted to zip line and this was the most amazing excursion. The bus ride was long but worth it. Aaron was the person showing us everything and he was sooooo great! He was nice and personable. The food was great I just recommend catching breakfast in the morning. The gifts are kind of expensive but it is a business. The time and money was well spent! I would book this trip again…

Amazing time! Highly recommend. - We had a blast! The guide was supper kind and funny. We knew where we were and what we were doing next at all times. There was water avalibwe and bathrooms were not hard to find. I'm a chicken for somethings but the people we were with along with our guide were very encouraging when they needed to be. The food was amazing, the views were amazing, and over all just a crazy great time. The only down side was the amount of mosquitos. The pick up time was also a little funky - be ready from the time the website says to the time they text you to confirm. If you are further out you will need to wait but the bus was easy to spot. The drive was nice and they give you snacks when you get to the place where you divide up into the different excursions. For my anxious people: They pick you up from your hotel is you ask for that service, you go to their facility were you all get out because a series of busses will come with people for different excursions. They will call your name and your group will go with that person where you will get on a different buss with your guide. It may take a little bit fro your name to be called. DO NOT WORRY. They will not leave you! You will do all the things and then they drop you off just in time for dinner :) Just trust the process. You are not there to be in control. Relax and you will be ok.

Awesome Adventure and Cultural Package - Jaime! Jaime! Jaime! What a knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient tour guide. I signed my wife and I up for a zipline, cenote, and Tulum package called "Tulum Extreme". It was a little chaotic when we got to the base camp, but once Jaime arrived, we were able to put our stuff in a secure locker and the day kicked-off. Jaime walked us through the prep for the zipline and sent us on our way. Each tower had friendly and attentive staff who made sure you were safe and enjoying the experience . The views along the way were awesome and there were numerous hydration stations, as you aren't allowed to bring anything with you as you zipline. Next we went down into a cenote with life jackets and goggles. It was very refreshing after being in the morning sun and climbing the steps in all the zipline towers. Note: You can't have sunscreen or bug spray on if you want to swim in the cenote. Frankly, the mosquitoes were practically nonexistent and we opted for an early morning tour, so the bugs and sun weren't a big deal. After we swam around, it was time for lunch. They serve an excellent spread with pork, chicken, and vegetarian options. We then had time to purchase items from the gift shop or change into different clothes before heading to Tulum. The national park is set right on the coast, but to get there you have to go through a tourist-trap of vendors. The plus-side of this was having a complimentary tequila and chocolate tasting included after visiting the ruins. Jaime led us through and got us on a shuttle that drove right to the park entrance. Once inside, Jaime gave us the cultural and archaeological background on the ruins before letting us explore. We didn't have much time to look around (~40 minutes) but we still got to take most of it in, before we headed back to taste some tequila!

A day well spent. - Our tour guide was Armando it was so much fun. We had a tour of the ruins. Lots of shopping in the entrance. The zip lining was fun, there were 7 different zip lines. But my favorite was the swimming in the underground cave. The water was clear and the rock formations were beautiful. I could have stayed down there for hours. Lunch was authentic, it reminded me of eating Mexican food with my grandparents. I enjoyed the food more than the hotel food so far.

Very disorganized, ran way behind, safety concerns - Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience with this tour. There was tons of waiting around between activities, and communication from our guide was very poor. Everyone in our group kept asking each other, “Wait, was I supposed to leave this in the locker?” “What are we doing now?” “Where are we supposed to meet?” When we swam in the cenote, we were given no instructions at all. As a result, someone got separated from the group and got lost, which was really scary. Tour ran way over time (presumably because of all the down time waiting around to do the next thing) and arrived back at the hotel an hour and a half later than we were told. Lunch was pretty lousy as well. On the plus side, the zip line was awesome and lots of fun! But would not recommend this tour, especially since it takes you away from Cancun all day and takes a long time to get to.

Looooong. Poorly organized. Lots of waiting around. - We were so excited for this excursion, but even knowing it would be a long day, there was sooooo much waiting around and we got back to our hotel over an hour after when they told us. Guides didn’t speak good English and never explained things and were unclear on things like where and when the group needed to meet. They even lost a member of our group in the Cenote! The lunch was BAD!!!!!!! the tour guide at Tulum literally said the information from the signs. On the plus side, the zip lining and Cenote were great. NOT WORTH A MOST-OF-THE DAY TRIP. You are probably only spending a handful of days in Cancun, if you had a lot of time, this would be OK. But I would use one of my four or five days vacation for this.
