Pet friendly great place great guides - We had an incredible time on the tamul canoe pet friendly tour! The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic, explaining everything in detail and making sure we didn't miss a thing. The location itself is a breathtaking natural wonder, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Highly recommended and pet friendly - Exploring the Tamul Waterfall and the water cave with guides Paco and Xahan was an unforgettable experience. Sailing in the wooden canoe added excitement, while the guides' stories enriched the trip. The presence of our dogs, Teo and Coqui, made everything even more special. This adventure in Huasteca is a must for those looking for nature, excitement and moments shared with furry friends. Highly recommended!

nice experience - The boatmen make the trip fun, be prepared because they will wet you there and back, in the canoe they carry cans to wet the canoe that you find along the way.

Wouldn't recommend - Unfortunately we were not able to see the Tamul waterfall, which dried up from low rainfall about a month earlier than usual :( Of course this situation is out of the the company's control, but we booked the tour 10 days in advance, and we were not informed of the situation until the day before the tour, when we had already driven all the way to Ciudad Valles from CDMX. If we were given more notice, perhaps we would have chosen a different tour or a different vacation altogether. In addition, our tour guide was not very personable or friendly, and remained silent for most of the tour. For the first 30 minutes, he gave us some facts about the area, but then he told us that we should ask questions for the remainder of the few hours because he had nothing else planned to say. He even insulted our friends with some of the things he said– just not very friendly or nice at all. Overall, I would not recommend this tour.
