A nice afternoon with wine! - It was fun to learn about the winery and the history of wine making in Menorca. I liked learning that it is an organic winery and family owned. Thank you! Anne and Doug Clark

A fascinating insight into the industry of wine production. - A very interesting trip. The vineyard is a bit isolated, so we needed a taxi to get there (understandable). The setting is beautiful, and Ana the guide was so knowledgeable regarding all aspects of growing the grapes and producing the wine although the trip was advertised as one hour, it was not rushed, and spilled over to almost two hours. It was interesting to see how this winery makes its wine, and how the aging process affects the character of the wines. Our group was particularly large, which meant Ana was a little pressured to get around everyone with the drinks and nibbles, but she did an excellent job. We enjoyed the experience and would recommend it. Note you can book directly with the winery, called Binitord.

Menorca break - Beautiful quieter island. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. Ciutadella is a very pretty small but perfectly formed city. Gorgeous harbour and restaraunts galore x

Brillant - Brilliant tour of small, local bodega in very tranquil Menorcan countryside. There were two of us on the tour which was done in English and so the tour was very personal. Our guide Gabriel was incredibly knowledgeable and hospitable, able to answer any of our questions. The wine was lovely and we were able to try all four as well as the vermut. Gabriel took us through each wine individually and explained how the process affects the final product. Would highly recommend.

Incorrect information - We booked a day at 17h, which on this platform informs that the language is in Spanish, but, once we got there at the time we had, the girl (very friendly) told us that time is in English, which, as I repeat, here says Spanish language, the time in Spanish is at 19h. We think it is very necessary that this information should change completely since we lost all afternoon and broke us all day for nothing. We had to cancel the Reservation as another day or another hour did not suit us. Despite everything, the girl was very kind.
