The pickup location is inside the port at the ship’s dock, where the driver will hold a sign displaying the client’s name. Kindly provide the customer’s mobile phone number.

DROP-OFF
Drop-off is available in Rome, directly at hotels, B&Bs, apartments, or at Roma Termini rail station. If the hotel/B&B/apartment in Rome cannot be located, please provide the address. The journey from Civitavecchia to Rome typically takes about 1.5 hours, depending on traffic conditions.

LUGGAGE
A) Luggage allowance includes one standard suitcase and one handbag per person.
B) Standard suitcase dimensions: 704326 centimeters, with a maximum weight of 23 kilograms.
C) Hand luggage dimensions: 403020 centimeters, with a maximum weight of 10 kilograms.
D) Any extra luggage must be reported in advance and incurs a supplement of 25 Euros, payable directly to the driver.
E) The company reserves the right to refuse transport to passengers with excess luggage and may apply additional charges for excess baggage.
