- Civitavecchia Port Directions: After you have collected your luggages, head trough custom and out in the arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting just outside the arrival hall holding a signboard with lead traveller name on it.
- in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 30 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

Excellent Professional Driver - Excellent, stress-free transfer for four of us from right outside the cruise ship exit directly to our airport terminal. He was there early, holding a card with our name, and got us out and on our way ahead of the traffic. Great professional driver, and the vehicle was very clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable. No drama, pleasant transfer. We would definitely use this again.

We needed an early ride... - We needed an early ride from the port to the airport for an early flight. Our driver was waiting for on time and promptly got us to the airport to easily make our flight.

Excellent service and ease of convenience - Our driver was there waiting on us very professionally dressed and holding up my name on an iPad which was a nice touch since I saw so many others written on wrinkled paper. It was chaos at disembarkation so I was extremely happy that I splurged and got a private transfer and didn’t have to worry about train strikes (which ended up happening that day so many others had to make alternate plans). I would totally use this company again!

airport ride - it was a great ride to the airport, the driver was great, and he avoided a traffic jam and we were in plenty of time to fly home. The driver was kind and helpful.

Speedy transfer to FCO - The driver was waiting at the port for an 8:30 am pickup. He was easily visible, with our name on an iPad, standing in a long line of other drivers. He lead us quickly to the car and navigated thru the little town of Civitavecchia. While we weren’t flying out of FCO that morning (a Friday), the transfer to the Hilton Rome airport was very fast with very little traffic.
