Saw ALL the Rome Highlights in a wheelchair! - We had Gigi as our driver for the day and he did not disappoint! This was my family of 5's first time visiting Rome, and I'm in a manual wheelchair full-time. Gigi picked us up right outside where we got off the cruise ship and we began our journey into Rome. Gigi made sure we hit ALL the spots on our checklist, and he made sure to get us as close as possible at each stop for ease of moving about in my wheelchair. He recommended and took us to a really good Pizzaria as well as a hidden gem of a spot for Gelato that was fantastic! Gigi got us back to the cruise ship in great timing and we weren't rushed at all. I would DEFINITELY recommend this Tour if you're looking for the best time in Rome!!!

Excellent - Our tour guide was amazing. He showed us sites. We didn’t even think of saying we were all very tired from flying and going on no sleep. He was kind and considerate of our tiredness. I would definitely recommend Flavia Cottuno and her company well priced and definitely worth it

Exceptional Tour - I contacted Flavia driven by the many reviews I read on Facebook and I couldn't have done anything better. Our driver was Ermande, an exceptional and very nice person who explained the history to us and showed us places that we would never have seen on our own. We managed to visit a lot of this immense city in one day and without rushing. They give you just enough time to enjoy the story. We couldn't have made a better choice and I recommend it to everyone without a moment's thought. Congratulations Flavia, keep it up

Excellent service - I contacted Flavia when I saw good reviews online. Communication with Flavia was easy and timely. Great service. Andrea picked us up from the port and took us to see the main sights of Rome e.g. Colosseum, Fontana Di Trevi, Spanish Steps etc. Andrea was a really nice guy. I would highly recommend to anyone with just a day to explore Rome.

Super organized trip to Rome - We booked a tour in January and were really impressed. There were 6 adults and 2 children aged 2 and 4. Child seats could be reserved in advance! We were even provided with a German-speaking driver who drove us to the most beautiful sights. He waited for us at the shuttle during the sightseeing. Thank you again, everything worked out great!

Amazing tour - I contacted Flavia because she was recommended by a friend. Impeccable and wonderful service. Flavia did not accompany us but Mario, very helpful and friendly. He came to pick us up at the port of Civitavecchia where we disembarked from the cruise ship and took us to Rome making us visit several sites from the Janiculum, the Vatican, the Colosseum and many others... Roman tour from Civitavecchia - Truly beautiful and intense tour. Antonio arrived right on time in the morning right under our cruise ship. He took us around Rome to visit its wonders, also acting as Cicero. After a break in a restaurant he recommended to us (where we were able to taste the typical dishes), we finished the tour with a view of the Colosseum and Janiculum and then returned to the ship. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to spend a day in Rome independently, especially for cruise passengers arriving in Civitavecchia!

Amazing Rome Experience - Flavia was amazing. She picked us up from our car rental company. She then took us to see the best sites in Rome. She gave us plenty of time to see and take in all the beautiful sites in Rome. She then took us to a wonderful Italian restaurant to taste yummy food. Once we were done she took us to our Airbnb located near the port. After our Cruise she arrange for a driver to pick us up and take us to other sites that we were not able to see and he dropped us off at our Airbnb for our last night in Rome. ALL I can say is this was the best service we have ever experienced in our travel history. We would highly recommend Flavia for to give you the best Rome Experience. She has help our family gain many wonderful memories that will not be forgotten. Thank you again Flavia for your hospitality!!!

Screw up need refund - Tickets were not included with the price as promised Better off just taking a taxi from place to place rather than paying 857 dollars and not getting any other perk. Very frustrating because I verified it 3 times while booking on the phone
