  We begin with a fascinating introduction to the history of truffles, exploring their origins and the characteristics that make them so prized. Learn to identify truffles.

What You’ll Do:
Discover the tradition of truffles and how they enhance and elevate the flavors of various dishes. Create traditional pairings such as bread, cheese, and cured meats. You’ll prepare 3 crostini with extra virgin olive oil, 3 with different cheeses, and 3 with various cured meats.

Then, we’ll experiment with more adventurous pairings, including fruit and honey. Each pairing will be accompanied by a carefully selected regional wine. Enjoy a still red wine, a sparkling wine, and a white wine, with no limits on the quantity you can taste.
