Beautiful memories - A wonderful experience for our small family. Our guides were attentive, caring and fun! They were very professional and clearly loved sharing their unique natural environment with us. We felt like we were in very safe and capable hands and got to see an epic amount of sea life including turtles and eagle rays. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience with Rarotonga Turtle Tours - A great experience with the team who made us feel really comfortable and safe. The briefing was in-depth and covered everything we were to expect. We managed to see plenty of turtles and even eagle rays.

Don't hesitate, just book it. - I was nervous but made to feel (and was) very safe at all times. My more confident husband was free to enjoy the experience without worrying about me. Already booked for this year again.

Snorkelling with Turtles - Very safe. Great instruction on safety with demo. Most impressed. Staff were funny, helpful and always watching. Hubby thoroughly enjoyed his experience with swimming with turtles. Amazing must do.

Great family experience - Great safety and gear check before starting on the swim. The explanation of what to expect was spot on and easy to understand, we saw heaps of turtles, rays and other fish, the fresh coconut at the end was an amazing way to finish the tour.

BEST TIME EVER - What a beautiful experience, not only an amazing underwater experience but the most friendly caring staff, best experience ever, would totally recommend. So many turtles, eagle rays and different types of fishes.

Reservations - The crew were friendly and helpful and confident with managing the group in the water. However, we have some reservations about safety and we are unsure about the impact of the trip on the turtles. We felt that the resources (gear and crew) were focused on a few people in our group who were not very confident with snorkelling. Leaving the turtle area and walking to the beach seemed quite precarious and many people were struggling (against the strong current of the passage). We noticed another company using other approaches which looked easier and safer. We were concerned about the number of snorkelers on the surface from all the groups operating and possible impact on the turtles… This tour is the only one ‘free to move’ - which was great on one hand but felt a bit chaotic at times. We think it could have been guided a bit better. We would have loved to have learned about the turtles. We met another tour operator afterwards who gave us some info which was interesting. Don't usually post reviews but after having no response from the operator to our feedback, decided to post this.

SNORKELING WITH TURTLES - I enjoyed the experience but I was very disappointed that the company did not take any photos of my experience. Not every person has an underwater camera to capture this. I know that other companies take a large amount of photos to be purchased after the session had ended and therefore I would have preferred to have used another company, had I known there would be no record for me to keep.

No - DONT USE THIS TOUR COMPANY! The owner is abusive and doesn't have any safety concerns for paying customers taking out groups that are far too large in ratio to instructors from a H&S perspective just to make more money. They also have zero respect for the turtles and their environment with the tour guides walking all over the reef, therefore killing it, and they fail to provide appropriate instructions to their customers on how to keep the turtles safe ie NO TOUCHING! There is a reason this guy is cheaper than the rest, you get what you pay for with unsafe, unknowledgeable and unkind attitudes! Would advise to steer well clear of these cowboys!!

Unsafe and terrible customer service - Had a tour with Snorkel Cook Islands, but to be honest never felt safe. After getting in some trouble, the tour guide instead of making us feel safe, was laughing and his behaviour was disgusting and borderline aggressive rather than compassionate. Certainly would not recommend this company and if I could give 0 stars, I would.
