One of the best experiences - I have been to Vegas more times than I can count but this was the first with my friend who hadn’t even been to the US before. I booked this tour from past experience and knowing that seeing the Grand Canyon while in Vegas is a must, especially those who haven’t seen it before. Firstly, I just want to say how impressed I was with the service provided by Ward (our guide). I confirmed our attendance within 48 hours as described in the booking notes. Almost immediately I got a reply via WhatsApp with a full itinerary and time of pick up from my hotel as well as photos of exact pick up spot and the vehicle itself. I must admit I have never had this level of customer service expanded to those finer details to ensure everything was prepared well in advance. As expected on the day itself, Ward was ready at the time specified and we were on our way. Having an experienced guide such as Ward made the entire journey a pleasure, with insightful stories along the way and plenty of opportunities to take in the scenery. Refreshments were included which was a nice touch and stop off points to allow yourself to freshen up before you arrive at your destination. We were given more than enough time once we arrived to visit the Sky Walk, Eagle Point and Guano Point. The latter of which was stunning and allowed you to navigate the ant hill structures and take in the magnificent views. There is a meal included in the Sky Walk restaurant which was surprisingly decent. Limited choice but both were excellent so no complaints there either. On the way back we visited Hoover Dam which was very impressive , and again we had more than enough time to walk the entire top of the dam and visit the gift shops and surrounding areas. I can honestly say that this was the most organised and impressive tour I’ve had going to the Canyon in 15 years. The price for what we paid and the service provided deserves all 5 stars. I can not recommend this company and Ward himself highly enough. I’m going back next year for another trip and I’ll definitely look to book this again. Top class.

Excellent tour with Matt - We booked this trip through “Get your Guide” and we were not disappointed. Excellent communication a few days before to confirm the trip and where the pick up would be. We were staying in the Linq so we got picked up at 7am at the Venetian only 5 minutes away. Our driver Matt was prompt at picking us up, it was a Mercedes Sprinter, spotlessly clean with AC, charging ports and reclining seats. Matt has been working for the company for 6 years and was very knowledgable about the area and was happy to share this with us on the way. We had a stop about an hour into the journey for restrooms / snacks /drinks although Matt had plenty of water on board (included) As we got closer to the Grand Canyon, Matt explained everything to us about where to go with our prepaid tickets / how the buses worked / what to do first (our tour included the Skywalk) and we were there super early about 9.45 so it was still fairly quiet so got straight onto it Just for info…. (and nothing to do with the tour) they take photos of you on the skywalk (you are not allowed ANY phones or cameras you have to put all of your personal belongings in a free locker). Downloadable versions of all the photos were $50 they take about 5 depending on your family size so have as many as you like taken some of ours were really good but the one of us sat on the actual glass floor wasn’t great but hey ho!! We were given 3.5 hours to have a look round and have lunch (this was included with our tour) there are 3 separate viewing places, (a bus takes you to each one) therefore 3 places you can choose to eat but we only did 2 and had lunch at the second. They had just had a power cut but everything was still hot and you got a bottle of water with your food too Once everyone was back on the bus we headed to the Hoover Dam which was stunning also but extremely hot we got about 40 mins to look round here but it was enough in the heat! We also stopped off again for a restroom break then stopped to see the long horned rams. Matt was very happy to let my son ride shotgun with him, which he was very happy about (the bus had wifi) And funnily enough Matt is having a trip to Europe this week and is visiting the UK, so nice that he will see part of our country too Thank you again to Matt (it was lovely to meet you) and one day tours, we had a great day highly recommend this tour if your in Las Vegas!!!

Good solid Grand Canyon tour for a first visit - A good tour with a competent guide which gave a good overview of the Grand Canyon. We haven’t been to South or North rim, but West rim - covered by this tour - seemed sufficient to us. We did the skywalk and liked it. A bit more could be explained about environment issues, such as if the Colorado River with climate change still have enough water.
