Great experience - Bus trip there was long but Carlos made it easy, really entertaning. Various stops to eat and restrooms. Grand Canyon is amazing, everyone should visit this place. Next time I will use a smaller bus tour, just to get there quicker and have more time to see the canyon, bus had more than 20 people, which made every stop a little longer

Lemonade from Lemons! - We were looking forward to this Grand Canyon adventure and also booked the helicopter ride over the canyon. What better way to experience it. Right? Due to NO fault of our driver and tour guide there was an unfortunate occurrence on the way to our adventure. Add snow to the mix and you get the picture. Late arrival and canceled helicopter ride due to weather. Our driver Domonique and our guide Prince (thank you for your military experience) made our trip as enjoyable as they could, got us there in one piece, and were both so pleasant and kind. We appreciate how you made our trip the best it could be. Believe it or not this was one of the best tours I’ve been on in years despite the unforeseen changes in the plan. Keep up the good work! Highly recommend!!

Beverly Family Vegas Trip - I absolutely loved this tour company. The bus was very clean and the air quality was perfect. We had the best tour guide and driver ever. Prince was very knowledgeable in the history and made the ride and tour fun. Dominique, you were so awesome and we greatly appreciate that you kept our families safe. The Grand Canyon itself is spectacular. I can not even describe this level of beauty. This is a must see. Please add this to your bucket list and do it with Grayline!

Awesome experience - We had great experience overall. Tour guide Taka was fantastic. He was always smiling and gave very useful information. Driver Carlos was again very good. Both were cordial which made our journey interesting. For a tour which is about 15/16 hours, we never felt the strain of long tour. Highly recommend going to South Rim for viewing Grand Canyon.

I booked a different tour... - I booked a different tour to the south rim and was informed the night before that it was cancelled and I was rebooked on this tour. I had a good time and my husband enjoyed it as this was a birthday gift for him. The operator Terrance was nice enough. Some of his jokes didn’t land but it was a good experience.

Okay excursions, but Grayline needs to make drastic improvements in communicating - The excursion to the Grand Canyon by GreyLine Las Vegas was well organized. Compliments to our guide / bus driver (we could not catch his name, but it sounded like Tagger) and compliments to @iflypapillon Papillon helicopter flights! Due to their fast services, we managed to fit our busy schedule in the Grand Canyon exactly into the 4 hours we had there. BUT…. Grayline Las Vegas needs to make drastic improvements in communicating the correct pick-up locations! We almost missed our ¢ 1200 day trip because the pick-up location was not clearly indicated, leaving room for misinterpretations. Together with another group of 4 people that did the same trip, we were apparently in the wrong place. GreyLine then simply says: "Too bad. Your own fault. You were not there!" Grayiine would do well to provide Google Coordinates in combination with photos of the surroundings of the pick-up locations. This is exactly how MAX Tours does it: address details + Google coordinates + photos of the pick-up location. Below is a further explanation of our experience with GrayLine: We were in Las Vegas for the first time. Anyone who knows LV knows that a large hotel has multiple entrances, several bus locations and multiple access roads to the hotel garages. We were given the following pick-up location: Las Vegas Boulevard bus plaza at the entrance of the Harrah hotel, next to the entrance of the parking garage. There we were! On the strip of Las Vegas Boulevard, at the entrance of the Harrah hotel, on the bus lane and next to the entrance of the Harrah hotel garage. And we were not alone! Another group of 4 women were also waiting at this location for the Grayline bus. That alone shows that the given pick-up location leaves room for misunderstandings! When no bus had appeared after half an hour, I contacted GrayLine. The man we got on the phone sounded quite irritated. Instead of immediately reassuring us in a quiet way that he would do his best to find a solution: he got the 2 groups in a state of panic when he simply told them that the bus had already left because we were not at the pick-up location. When we indicated that we had been standing at the indicated spot for three quarters of an hour, he simply shouted: 'No, you weren't there! You weren't there!' After some bickering back and forth, we were advised to take a taxi to the address of the last pick-up location. We had exactly 20 minutes left for that! At 6:30 in the morning, there are few taxis passing by, but we were lucky that we could hail an Uber MPV, which both groups could fit in. The taxi driver understood our panic and took us to the new pick-up location free of charge! You can imagine that this taxi driver was the hero of the day! At the new location, the check-in on the bus started. That process was incredibly slow and inefficient. People who were not on the bus driver's list had to prove that they had paid, and there were even too few seats because there were people on the bus who should have gotten on another bus. The guide who took us to the Grand Canyon was a very nice man, but was partly incomprehensible due to his Asian accent. Half of what he told us about the sights along the way sounded like a kind of Chinese menu. But at least he had a sense of humor, remained calm and was extremely helpful! This guide was in any case a breath of fresh air after the rough contact with the head office of Grayiine Las Vegas. At the end of the day, when everyone was brought back to the location where they had been picked up, we were very curious as to what the correct pick-up location of Harrah should have been. It turned out to be a mega large junction at the back of the hotel, where various buildings and garages connected to each other. Chaos! Bus lanes everywhere, passages under hotels, parking garages, taxi stands. I can tell you: at this bizarrely large location we would never have found the right bus we needed to get on without google coordinates. Greyline: integrate google coordinates and photos of the larger pick-up locations, or remove Harrah as a pick-up location!

Geand canyon south rim bus tour - Tour was cancelled the day before. I received a text cancelling the tour. When i called the tour bus company they tried to offer me a different tour. Since I opted not to take a different one I have to wait for a refund of my payment which would take at least 7 business days. I am still waiting to get a confirmation regarding my refund
