He was very informative all the way to and from the dam! - Wayne was top notch, would tour with him again!!!! He was a very safe driver will keeping us entertained, 100 characters is to many, just being ridiculous

Our driver Terence was AWESOME! - The tour was very enjoyable and informative. In addition to the segment guided by Hoover Dam personnel in the interior of the dam, our driver took us to several vantage points with spectacular views of Lake Mead and the canyon where the dam is located. Our driver Terence was a fount of interesting and entertaining information about Las Vegas, the history of the region, the construction of the dam, and the accommodations for the workers in nearby Boulder City. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Plant plant tour excellent - Pilot plant tour is amazing and very informational. Well worth the small cost. I think we missed some of the exhibits and history in our haste to experience the tour though.

This tour agency should... - This tour agency should provide clearer details online.
The full agenda details are not clearly listed on the website which may affect planning. The listing says 10 am - 2 pm, but omits the travel time (hotel pick up locations start as early as 8 am and transportation back can go until 330-4 pm).
If you book after hours the night before the trip, you may not have the hotel pick up location you marked leading to early morning emails, texts and changes. Check your email again before 7 am the morning of to make sure you have the accurate information for your trip.
It was hard to understand the tour guide which impacted the educational experience.
The bus was clean and Hoover Dam was lovely. (There are renovations to the one building and statue until Spring 2025 so some locations on site are not available).

The tour was fine but we had higher expectations and would have liked a more relaxed excursion. - This tour was not on a large coach bus- it was a small bus and seats were not comfortable. Seats in the very back had no window view. The pick up time was an hour and a half before the tour start time- not one hour as stated. The tour said 2 hours at the dam- but we were only given 1. We did the guided power plant tour, but we were rushed and worried about missing the bus to return. We then had very limited time to walk around by ourselves, grab a snack or visit the gift shop. The tour guide was friendly, although we didn't learn much. Overall the tour was okay but we had higher expectations.

Dam tour good, BUT - Overall, the dam tour was very good as was the comfort of the bus, the timeliness and being left off at our hotel. It had been years since seeing the dam and the surrounding changes with a new bridge, roads, and walkway(Tillman) It was good to see the interior of the visitors center and the old movie, take the elevator, have the guided tour and time to see all we can see.
What was not good was the constant talk by the bus driver every minute all the way over and back to Las Vegas with totally unnecessary figures and facts about anything that popped in his head even without questions from this captive audience. There was no way we could reflect upon the day or even a little nap. Never will I tour with your platform again with the possibility of having to listen to one man monopolize a microphone for two hours plus.

Itinerary not necessarily correct on Viator, missed bus because Gray Line is not clear. - I’ve used Viator for several vacations however my trip to Las Vegas was quite upsetting. The Hoover Dam Tour on the app by Gray Line ($300 for 4 adults) says it starts at 10am a four hour tour and no where does it say what’s the meeting times. It just says meet 15 minutes before so I planned my itinerary for the day around 10am for a four hour tour… at 8:30am they called to say we missed the bus pick up. So apparently the fine print for them is that I was supposed to contact them about my pick up time. I lost out on the tour and no refund or tickets for another day. Nothing. Just a too bad so sad lady. Very rude. Not acceptable for Viator or Gray Line. I used Viator in Italy for 14 days and not one tour did I have an issue. Because the times were appropriately posted on Viator. Very disappointing and frustrating at the moment. Very costly mistake but I feel like they do it on purpose so people miss the bus. Their itinerary should be posted more clearly. People have other plans and need more accurate information. Hoover Dam was nice after I had to Uber their and pay for my own tickets again.

Scam!!!! - My pick up was scheduled at 10:00 at the Excalibur Hotel, we were there at 10, but the bus didn’t get there, after 2 minutes waiting, call the attendant, and I was told my bus was there at 8:20 and I missed it!!!!!
Total disappointment, never again!!
