Our First Visit was AWESOME!! - My mom and I really enjoyed this trip! It was all day long. We watched a short film, had a yummy lunch, saw the Grand Canyon, and drove through gorgeous scenery on the way there. Our tour guide Prince and our bus driver Brando were the best!! Prince was very enthusiastic with this tour which made it much better. Brando was a great driver and made our drive feel calm and safe. We were very happy with our day trip to the Grand Canyon as our first visit. Thank you Viator and our whole tour group for making this trip so fun!!!

South Rim A Must - Great experience! Our host Mike and driver Bernard were exceptional. Long ride but worth it in the end. It helps to ensure a smooth day when all passengers follow the instructions given by the guide, otherwise delays are inevitable. Our guide Mike did a great job keeping everyone well informed and on schedule.

Thanks Mike !! - Went on the Grand Canyon south rim bus tour yesterday. The views were beautiful. Lots of stops for photos and to take in the scenery. Mike our driver was amazing. Gave us lots of information and history about vegas and more. Most of all though was his humour. Even on the way back when everyone was tired he had us all laughing. Completely made the trip. Nicest guy you could meet! Drew Barrymore

Grand Canyon Tour - Our driver/tour guide Mike was very informative. The trip was great from Las Vegas.the stops for lunch and dinner were too short.27 people were on our bus and it was hard to get your food and eat and be back on the bus in the allotted time.

Grand Canyon tour! - Prince our driver was great, he was full of information on the drive. He also had some good information where to take some of the best pictures at the Grand Canyon. I’ll always remember to not be “that guy!”

Worth every second of the journey. - Trip was fantastic. Driver Duane was hands down the best we've ever had. Knowledge and interaction was second to none we've had anywhere in the world. The views were top notch. 100% recommend to anyone visiting the Vegas area.

Not good not bad - 1. Willy the driver was great and took care of us well. 2. Greyline should plan better for emergencies. Pick up was delayed by 1.5 hours due to a flat tire on another tour. Greyline should plan have planned for this as it affected our tour (hours spend in the national park) 3. Communication from management to customers can do a lot better. I booked the south rim grand canyon tour but was offered a refund or a change of tour to the west rim in which i chose the latter. The operator did not email me the change in pick up location.

AVOID GREY LINES - I really wish i could say something nice about this tour today with Greylines and our driver and "tour guide" Tony, but I can not..he arrived 50 minutes late, kept us waiting for collection in the oppressive heat and no apology.. during the drive up to the Canyon he just talked a lot of irrelevant stuff that we all found hard to follow. His driving whilst cautious (he is very proud of his 100% driving app) was perhaps over cautious and extremely slow…as a family we were all extremely disappointed with the day and didn’t see any value in the $1,280 USD we paid.. So if Tony arrives in a Mercedes black van #1917, your day is screwed (to be blunt).

Prince is bad guide for grayline tour - Our tour was Thursday June 6 Our pick up time was 615 at the Mirage. At 6 the bus showed up. I was just going to get coffee at Starbucks because it just opened. The other person at our stop for pick up was not there yet. Prince the grayline guide said no he was not waiting so I got on the bus. The day continued in this manner with prince barking orders like we were all in bootcamp.  He said we would return to vegas at 915 to 930. We returned at 815 one hour early which was fine but it was at our expense as we were rushed and reprimanded all day.  He said he would give us a precise time to be on the bus and if we were not the entire bus would join him in reprimanding us. He was visibly angry at one hotel when the people were not there on time. At each hotel pick up between 6 and 7 am he loudly blew the bus horn and yelled for the people joining us. At one point 3 Philippine women were talking in there language. He turned to them and asked them if they had earphones. He said they needed them and they coild buy them at The next stop What? . They were talking to each other. I very much appreciate his military service,  2 deployments to Afghanistan, jumping from airplanes and getting shot at and saving his friend when he was blown up . I am grateful for his service however I did not pay almost 1000 for my family and I to go on this tour to be in bootcamp. We were on a tour we paid for not in the military. We were there to enjoy ourselves not be excessively rushed and yelled at. On two occasions in restaurants he came in yelling at everyone to get in the bus. At a truck stop he blew the horn excessively because 2 of the group were not on the bus. He did not say anything about how my hummer tour would work. When I asked he said he would make an announcement but he did not. When we got to the grand canyon he introduced me to the person from.the hummer place.and said she would tell me everything I needed to know which she did. Why did I have to wait and wonder what was going on for 4 hours? Why didn't he just tell me what would happen so I knew. The hummer company and hummer tour and tour guide were EXCELLENT. I am so happy that I chose the hummer tour especially because it gave us less time with Prince as our guide. While we were on the hummer tour our hummer guide told us that Prince was already calling asking if he could get us back early. There were 12 people on the hummer tour. Not only was Prince rushing us he was rushing the other people on the tour who were not from gray line tour.  Our guide got us there early hoping we could enjoy the last stop for a bit because it was part of our tour. We were dropped off early. We went to the rest room. Within 5 min Prince was calling my phone to tell me to get on the bus. This stop had alot of buildings, history, gift shop etc... this should have been part of our tour but was not. When I got on the bus Prince asked how our hummer four was. I said it was great but we did not have time at this stop because he was picking us up early. He said that I had a much better tour on the hummer tour today then any of the other people on the bus tour had today.  What? Isn't it his job to make sure everyone on the bus had a great tour?  On the way back we drove for 3 hours before stopping and then stopped twice 20 min apart. We stopped at McDonald's for dinner. My son and I are vegetarian. McDonald's doesn't have anything for vegetarians. He said there were other restaurants we could walk to. It was 100 degrees. The restaurants were not right next door and Precise instructions that we were to get right back on the bus and eat on the bus. If we were an hour early why did we have to eat on the bus? If we had time to stop again in 20.min why couldn't we stop and eat our food. Not once but 4 times he instructed us that each person om the bus should give a $20 dollar tip to him and the deiver.  There were 3 of us in my group. If each if us gave 20 to him and the driver we would tip $120. That's ridiculous. I paid over 800 for this tour to be rushed, yelled at and forced to give more money in Tips. He said he would be standing at the foot of the bus steps and acting as the tip jar when we got off!  Intimidation is not appropriate. I read several other similar complaints about Prince and yet he is still working for your Grayline. He is still behaving the same as others described. I read the response that the. Behavior of requesting and requiring tips was corrected but it is not corrected. It continued today.  Again, i very much appreciate his military service however, he is not cut out to be a tour guide.  I'd appreciate some restitution for my experience please. Thank you It was myself my husband snd my 27yr old son on the tour The review asked who was with. It will not let me add the accurate info
