It was very enjoyable!... - It was very enjoyable! Everyone was professional and friendly. It was so clean and neat from our arrival at the Depot, restrooms, train cars including the bathroom. These were all decorated for Christmas which made it even more appealing.Food and drinks were delicious. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone .

Awesome train ride! - It was well organized, a good value for the money and beautiful scenery. We also loved our tour guide/server Shea. She was the best about getting us anything we needed, was fun and very knowledgeable. She pointed things out for us, told us about the history and let us know in advance of picture taking opportunities.

Beautiful train ride through the canyon - It was a really beautiful ride through the canyons of the verde valley and Sedona. Following the Verde River through the canyon gave breathtaking views and spectacular photo opportunities. The couches we sat on were comfortable and the service was top notch.

December 2024 - People very friendly. You get an appetizer plate with some meat, cheese, flatbread, grapes, brownie bites, champagne (or cider) and water. A bartender will sell drinks and snacks. View is outstanding. Train has narrated tape and train related music. Some passengers believe you need to hear their conversation.

Loved it … just too long - Loved it but 1 1/2 hrs too long. People were falling asleep going back. Informative via recoding which was nice. Comfortable seating. Great service in the car and beautiful Scenery all along the route. Met some great people during the ride too which was a plus. Nice store at the station and places to sit outside. Restrooms good. Bar if you want alcohol. The parking lot was big and well managed. The place was clean and very well kept. I’m glad I took this train ride but recommend you be prepared for feeling it’s a bout an hour or so too long as far as myself and others commented. The food on board was ok but not great and you can’t bring your own food but they give you water and a small of champagne and there a bar on the train as well as at the station.
