2 Hours that Flew By! - We started out with about 20 people on a boat that could definitely be used for deep sea fishing or diving. This wasn't narrated, iteft you to enjoy the waves, dolphins and skyline without incessant chatter. Our Captain was Seth and first mate, Arthur. The dolphins were out to play and Capt. Seth gave them every reason to tag a long. He circled around to create waves which the dolphins delightfully play as you're going along. The sun was a huge simmering orange up in the sky. We sailed around quite a distance on the Gulf as the sun slowly slid to the horizon and disappeared. The colors of the sky were gorgeous. Multiple sea crafts came out as the sun got closer. The photo of the horizon shows a pirate ship passing along at just the right time. Keep in mind that this excursion is a little less touristy. We went away from Clearwater marina to catch the boat as another boat launch pretty close. If you don't have a car, consider this in your plans. Arthur get that tip part up to snuff. You gave us a great time, remind folks that you work for tips, really! 😀

Delightful experience - A wonderful time. Captain worked with other boats to rally dolphins to swim with us. It was delightful. The crew was great. Only complaint wd be they were both telling stories on the upper and lower boat and since I could hear both, my brain couldn't decipher what either was saying lol.

Great tour! highly recommend from a family from Wisconsin - Fabulous tour! My family enjoyed it so much. My 12 year old loves sunsets so we booked it because of her and we were not disappointed. Directions were great to get there, paid for a parking spot and we found them immediately. With the kids, I wanted to find a land bathroom, and the Captain kindly helped us get to the store bathrooms right away. Don’t worry there is a bathroom if need be on the boat. Kay assisted us down on the boat and then we left! Drinks are available for purchase and my husband and I enjoyed a can of an Iced Tea, lemonade, and vodka as we settled into our cruise. The kids were just happy to drink a Coca Cola. Hey, it was a special occasion! We loved listening to Kay give us information about what we are seeing as we cruised by. She was full of insightful information and answered all our questions. We saw dolphins!!! Up close! It was amazing! Captain even got the boat moving and we had playful dolphins amaze with jumping literally right in front of our eyes. There are still things that amaze me and this was one of them. The kids clapped, and screamed out in awe! When we went out into the Gulf, we saw the most beautiful sunset. Kay made sure to tell us this was a prime spot for pictures and offered to take our group picture. She was such a sweetheart. Towards the end of the tour, Kay opened up a complimentary bottle of wine, which we enjoyed, while we listened to great music, while gazing out at the beauty around us. I highly recommend this tour. Captain is highly proficient with the Orion and we felt completely safe. It was a great end to a beautiful day.

Classy Sunset tour of the Clearwater Intercoastal - There are around 4 sunset cruises in Clearwater Beach, but one the them is a floating Tiki Bar that barely looks like it floats, another looks like a pirate ship, which might have been good if we had little kids with us, another is a green very touristy-looking boat that looks to me like being on a local city bus packed in like sardines, and then there is this one. So glad we picked this one. Captain Good is an Air Force veteran, and he handles the navigation and narration upstairs while his shipmate Hank handles the bottom floor. The boat was awesome, the champagne toast is nice, and we had a great time learning about the intercostal and the adjacent properties waterfront. Highly recommend!

Watch the addresses - I was unable to find the correct part of the marina so we missed it. Be careful, there are 2 addresses listed on your pass. One is far away (where we went first) and one is right here. Be sure to leave at least an hour to find parking. Wish I could get a refund, totally bummed I missed it :(
