Ride them waves - Fun way to ride in the water, especially considering many dram of riding a fast sport’s car! The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Had a great time with this excursion!

Looks like a car - No problems. But the ride could feel a bit bumpy compared to a small speed boat. Disney has a similar concept in Disney Springs, but slow and thus less fun. Wear swim wear as your pants will likely get wet.

Sister Trip - The Jet car was amazing! More speed would’ve been Super. Customer service off the chain with Sierra! ❤️

Viator dropped the ball....... - Viator didnt state that there was a $250 deposit. Thank god i had the money to pay the deposit. This is something thst should definitely be stated on viator.... Also I paid for 2 rentals but when I arrived for our reservation the company said that they only had 1 rental car reserved. I had to contact viator for a refund on my 2nd jetcar. My son enjoyed the experience. I was not able to try it though..

Booked on viator for the... - Booked on viator for the price ..drive 2 hours to location and they stated it's a 250 only ,viator never explained this to me so now Im out of my money ..and make sure you check weather they cancel and no refund

Terrible way to treat customers - We were very disappointed with the service we got. I had a confirmed appointment for 4 people for a Banana boat ride at 4:30pm. We turned up on time, but were told by the "manager" that the Captain was not there, and that we should come back at 5:30pm sharp. We came back at 5:30 sharp, but were then told that the captain was out on another trip and would *absolutely* be back by 6:15, so we hung around for 45 minutes. At 6:15 we were told that the captain would now not be back till 7:30 because the other trip "made more money for the company". At that point (2 hours after our initial appointment) we were told that we could change the Banana boat ride to a couple of Jet Skis. My Grandkids were very disappointed, but we agreed to the change. Despite being told that there would be no additional charge, I found an additional $42.80 charge on my card. This is a terrible way to treat customers. What is the point of an online registration if you do not honor it ?

TheJer car was fine, the... - TheJer car was fine, the service was Awful, the girl was rude and unfriendly. People would ask for help and she would cuss and make rude comments cussing it was awful. I will never take my family back again. We did this for my sons 17th birthday and she ruined it for him.
