Well worth it! - Such a wonderful adventure! Had a Women Veterans Retreat and we went horseback riding and took the Segway tour while staying in the amazing and wonderful cabins. Being in nature and focusing on nothing but me was just what this girl needed!! Thank you Lake Louisa State Park for the amazing tours, wonderful view and all together experience.

Horseback riding with P3 at Lake Louisa - We, a local Girl Scout Troop, just spent an afternoon horseback riding with P3 at Lake Louisa. The staff was very attentive and all were patient with all the girls...and nervous parents. Of particular note were Courtney and Bradley who helped all the riders get set up, mounted, and escorted us on the trail ride. They were both very engaging and helped to make the event a great success. It was the first ever trail ride for my 11 year-old daugther and she loved it and wants to do it again. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Horseback riding - Had a wonderful time on my one hour horseback ride! Hillary, our guide, was excellent and very informative. Great break from everyday!

Horse riding at Lake Louisa state park - We had a really great time horse riding at Lake Louisa, Bradley and Hilary were superb tour guides, they made sure everyone felt safe and were very Knowledgable of the park, plants and wildlife of the park, and surrounding areas. The horses were all well looked after and lovely natured. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome park, highly recommend! - Nothing short of spectacular! Awesome bike trails, lots of beautiful scenery, campsites are very nice and spread out, restrooms and showers great, and so quiet! We took the one hour trail ride and it was lovely. Only walking on the trail, so if you looking to trot or canter the horse, you may want to take a lesson. We will be back!

Already planning our return trip! - We had such a good time on this trail ride! So much so, we’re already talking about the ‘Sunset Ride’ the next time we’re in the Orlando area! The guides were very patient, attentive to our group and they shared quite a bit of information about the local area. Well done, Ladies!!!

1st Time Riders - My wife and I were first time riders and we decided to give this trail ride a try due to other reviews. The instructors were very good, and the horses were well mannered. I guess they know the routine by now and only needed to be slowed down to keep proper spacing between the horses. An hour was enough for us and the saddle gets very hard by the end of the ride. It was an easy ride so if you are looking for a very casual, slow trail ride, this is it.

Horrible Customer Service in my opinion!! - Horrible experience! Never got to ride and they refused to give our money back. We told them mjnutes after booking that we realized my sister wouldnt be able to ride because of recent surgery after second thoughts. They absolutely could care less!! Terrible customer service in my opinion- we are out $240 for them not doing anything!!! I do not recommend!!

Don’t book with Viator - We never got to ride. Booked it and found out my sister shouldn’t ride-she had just had surgery. Tried to cancel within minutes. Got the run around. We didn’t want to lose our $200, so decided to try. Headed out from Orlando and got stuck in traffic. Missed our appointment, then discovered you offered us a refund as we were on the way back through email but then declined us the refund. Epic failure. We are out a lot of money! You and the riding stable could care less. Never again will I book anything with you. We tried to cancel within minutes of booking. Heartless people!
