Bookings for experiences and tours are non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend your scheduled activity, please contact the operator to reschedule. Activities may be rescheduled within 6 months of original booking date. Failure to reschedule an activity a minimum of 72 hours beforehand will result in cancellation without refund.

I thought the ticket price was a little high when I purchased them (conveniently!) online. However, the park was fantastic and well worth the money. The petting zoo is included in your ticket (food buckets extra but worth it!). The guided tour is also included and lasts 1 hour. I’m not a big fan of tours, but this was great! Beverly was knowledgeable and kept the tour at a good pace while never rushing past our questions. The drive through safari was great. So many belly laughs from the kids and adults - but the food! We did the add-on Capybara feeding experience and it was really interesting. We spent at least 25 minutes feeding and petting Kiwi. Overall, the park is wonderful and the staff is great. Definitely planning a return trip!
