Awesome Cleveland Overview - This was a wonderful overview of Cleveland highlights in just two hours, with quick stops at the script CLE sign, Heinen's, and the Arcade. Diane expertly navigated from our Gordon Square rental to University Circle and many points in between. Exactly what I wanted for my two out of state friends. Diane’s commentary filled in gaps in my own knowledge of the city. Highly recommend.

A Great Introduction to Cleveland! - We only had a couple of free hours during our first visit to Cleveland, so Steve’s two-hour personalized tour was perfect for us. He was right on time for our hotel pickup, and as he wanted to customize the tour to our interests, we told him we really just wanted an overview of Cleveland. He certainly covered a variety of sights and information about the city that we previously knew nothing about. We saw the University District that encompasses Case Western Reserve University, the vast range of the Cleveland Clinic campus, early neighborhoods of the city plus a variety of residential neighborhoods, some beautiful buildings and many lovely open green spaces throughout the city. A drive through the Lake View Cemetery allowed us to take in this impressive park-like final resting place for many familiar names. We particularly enjoyed a view from Lake Erie of the distant downtown area several miles away. Steve helped us understand the transition of Cleveland's industrial roots to what it has become today, along with the importance of its immigrant populations highlighted by the fascinating Cultural Gardens. He showed us how some architectural masterpieces such as a bank's lobby and towering office buildings from a century ago have been repurposed into such uses as a grocery store and downtown condominiums without losing any of their timeless beauty. The "Arcade" took our breath away when we stepped inside for a quick look. Steve was knowledgeable and personable and gave us a fun introduction to the city of Cleveland. We highly recommend this tour!

Could not have been more perfect - Could not have had a more knowledgeable & thoughtful guide nor a more delightful experience! I am a native Clevelander & was so pleased with my decision to leave the hassle of guiding out-of-town family around the sights of Cleveland without the concern for navigating traffic, parking, etc. Plus Diane knew far more about the history & current projects in Cleveland than I would have been able to share. We decided that our tour could not have been more perfect! I've already recommended it to friends & will definitely use again with visitors!

Something for everyone! - My wife and I went to attend an annual conference with a different destination each year, and neither of us had ever been to Cleveland. Highlights for us were the Cleveland Symphony and the Cleveland Art Museum, both of which were world-class. For those more inclined to sports and rock music, they were not disappointed; something for everyone. The barbecue (Mabel's) was superior.
