The Half Day Tour has a duration of 6 hours and the Full Day Tour 9 hours and you get to know the most amazing and special places of Madeira. We visit places like Cabo Girao Viewpoint, Camara de Lobos, Natural Swimming Pools Porto Moniz, the Old Laurels and Foggy Forest in Fanal, Santana Typical Houses and much more. You also can customize the tour.

João is a great tour guide! - João was an excellent tour guide. We spent the whole day with him, he was really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of good tips on where to see the best views and places to eat on route. Highly recommend

Terrific time in Madeira - We had a terrific time on this excursion! Miguel grew up on the island of Madeira, so he is extremely knowledgeable about the whole island. He took us to some popular tourist places, but also to several local places too! Even on the more popular places, he took us at off times. We highly recommend Miguel.

Best Tour Company, Guide and Tour! Don't Miss It! - We have been on a lot of tours, especially when we have been on cruises. This tour was a shore excursion. After reading a lot of reviews, I selected, this tour with My Guide Madeira. It was by far the best tour we have taken in a long, long time! We took it as a private tour (the two of us), but it was very economical. We saw, I am sure, more on the island than anything anyone else saw during the same port day! Our guide, Miguel was throrough, organized and planned the day the opposite of the hoardes of tour buses. This allowed us to see more and without packs of people. Miguel answered so many questions about the island, adding to the history and cultural information we wanted to know. We preferred site seeing to sitting for a long lunch and surprise, he had packed a picnic for us which allowed us to snack and not waste any time in a restaurant. Miguel was flexible to our needs but also had a plan to pack as much into a day as possible. The tour was amazing and far more than we could have hoped for the money. One other big positive is the Luis, the owner or manager that I dealt with at My Guide Madeira was very helpful in setting everything up. He communicated quickly and was responsive to my questions. This really helped us know where and when to meet so we wasted no time getting started on port day. Huge Kudos to My Guide Madeira, Miguel and Luis!! And we loved Madeira!

Memorable day. - So many thanks to Luis our tour guide for the day for a really I interesting and informative trip. We asked to see specific places across the North of the island and he was so accommodating. His knowledge of the geography and landscape of the island was impressive. He gave us plenty of time in each place we stopped and could not help enough. He gave us a good insight into Madeiran life over the years and also the current changes. We were in good hands. Certainly recommend him and would call on his services when we visit again , which we undoubted will.

Wonderful tour - We had a fantastic tour.Luis was our guide and took us everywhere and he knows and loves his island! He even bought us food for a picnic in the forest on the north side.We fell in love with Madeira and definitely recommend this tour! It’s personal to your needs and even had lunch at a restaurant overlooking the beach and had time for souvenir shops!

A great overview of Madeira - Miguel gave us a fantastic experience in Madeira. We saw multiple areas of the island. We tasted Madeira wine and a variety of island fruits. He took us to a local restaurant where tried delicious local delicacies (this was not included). We were on a long cruise and needed to drop laundry off. He had no issue making this detour at the beginning and end of our tour. He took great care of us. Plenty of time for us to have time exploring alone mixed with him leading us. He was very knowledgeable about the island. I would highly recommend. It’s nice to have a private tour, and this was quite affordable.

Highly Recommended. Would do it again. - Fantastic experience. Worth it. Miguel was our guide and he was very helpful on our tour. He was great working with my elderly parents. Sights he took us to were all fantastic. He was great taking us to spots on the island with good weather. Would book again. Worth taking on your first day in town to get properly oriented and then spend the rest of your days going to areas that you loved on tour/areas not covered.

Need to see the WHOLE island!! - The best tour we have ever taken in our travels! Can not stress enough how absolutely beautiful Madeira island is. Luis was on time, safe driving(on some high narrow roads),and so knowledgeable with the whole island. Every stop was amazing, but in each their own way. We kept telling him, yep we’re going to say it again…but that was just amazing! You literally ran out ways to describe how breathtaking the views were. He took his time telling us about all the different micro climates, villages and highlights of the island. You really need to have Luis show you the WHOLE island and see for yourself. You truly will run out of words for the beauty.Thankyou again Luis!
