Wonderful Tour! - Tour was great and is well worth the money. The pickup details were confirmed the evening before the trip. A van came to pick us right on the assigned time and took us to a meeting point where we were transferred to another van from another tour company (Ekinox Tours). We didn't know about this change until that time. The van was clean and comfortable. The guide was great, knowledgeable, had a good sense of humor sense and kept the group together all the time. We were provided 2-3 water bottles, a fruit bar and the first stop on the itinerary was Tulum where plastic bottles are not allowed (the guide had already informed us). We spent almost an hour and a half here with an hour of guided tour and 30 mins of free time. Next was Coba where the guide already informed us of different ways to tour - walk, bicycle and driven-tricycle. The whole group chose the tricycle option and it was so much fun. Third stop was a Cenote and lunch which were okay. Similar to morning, we were taken to the midpoint and transferred to a van that took us back to the hotel. We started the day around 8am and got dropped off at 7:30pm. Overall, definitely worth the time!

Amazing Tour, Highly recommend! - i went with my partner and had a great time. They were very professional and knowledgeable. He didn’t ramble at all, gave us useful information and let us wander. We are to ourselves type of people so it was very nice. If you’re looking for a chill day seeing ruins, this is the tour for you!

Totally disappointing, frustrating and disrespectful! - A complete frustration from the start to the end. We were collected 40 minutes after the settled pickup time. We traveled with our kids and two girls (8 and 12 years old). The tour guide's jokes were not suitable for minors; he even tried to play with double sense supposedly funny stories using our teen daughter for it. We ended up very disappointed with this attitude. They take photos of your party without your consent, so be careful. Do not use this business for your activities! We asked for a refund and tried to contact them a day later and no one answered the call, nor any message.

Highly recommend tour if you are in Cancun! - Amazing experience. Tulum was beautiful and worth seeing. The swim in the cenote was also amazing. You have the option to jump in from a platform if you dare. We rented bikes in Coba and that was amazing to see as well.

Worthwhile - Our guides, Luis and Angel, were great. We very much enjoyed the ruins. The visit to Coba included a neat extra with the tricitaxi rides, but also seemed a bit rushed. The visit to the Mayan village/cenote for lunch and the Shaman was also enjoyable.

Coba was an underrated gem! - Amazing diversity of sites - surprisingly, we preferred Coba and its ruins to Tulum! Our guide that day was very friendly, and made sure we were hydrated the whole day. One bit of feedback - I felt as if the depth of history of the Maya and the cities we were in was not fully explored, which would have made the experience 5 stars for myself.

Ok tulum tour - Could be much better - Tulum and Coba were good. Good archilogical sites. However our gigue was not the best. He was translating in both English and Spanish at the same time. But often we would talk at length in Spanish and we were left wondering what is happening. We also think that the vegetarian food should be better. All vegetarian items were cold items and after arriving at 3.30 pm for lunch it was very disappointing to find insufficient food.

I will never book a trip like this again. - I was very disappointed with our experience. First, while I know it is listed in the details for the trip, I did not know upon buying the tickets through viator that we would have to pay another $25 per person in cash as soon as we boarded the bus. Why is this not included in the $85 that we payed up front? We were also told that we would have to pay for a bike ride at Coba which was another $7 per bike in cash. We were picked up 1/2 an hour late and we were never told (or I did not see in the details) that plastic bottled water would not be allowed at Tulum so we did not bring any other kind of water bottle and it was extremely hot with little to no shade in the park. I also did not see anywhere that we should bring bug spray and the mosquitos were terrible at Coba. The food was not very traditional Maya and was poor quality and there were so many other tourists at the Cenote that we were grouped in with that you could barely hear or see what was going on. Also, costs of drinks at Tulum are $4-5 for water/gatorade. When it was all said and done, on top of the $380 I had paid for my family or four for this trip up front, I paid almost an extra $165 with all the other stuff that I was not informed of upon purchase of the trip. I will never book a trip like this again. I think we would have been better off just taking a bus or cab on our own.

Horrible Experience - I didn’t get a chance to experience this excursion as the tour guide tried to isolate me in a blacked out van. Everyone else traveling with someone stayed on the tour bus. I didn’t feel safe so I Uber back to my hotel then requested refund.
