Royal was very... - Royal was very accommodating towards us. He wasn’t taking any clients on that day but took us still because of an admin lapse online. We really appreciate him showing us around filing us in with the history and details of the island. We had alot of fun and we felt mostly safe during his care. Thank you so much God bless you !

Didn't get to go, owner was awesome about it - We were unable to go on this adventure, but I'm still giving it five stars. After speaking to some of the locals, and the owner of this business, he asked TripAdvisor for the months of July through October off. I did personally speak to the owner, And he told me several of his horses were injured, which is why he was not able to accommodate many bookings. He said TripAdvisor continuously overbooked his horses. Because he cut TripAdvisor off for several months, the bookings that were made through TripAdvisor were not communicated to him. he made sure to personally call me and tell me this, with his sincerest apologies. It was very clear that he puts his horses first and that is the reason I'm giving this five stars.

Not what was expected - I wanted to leave a good review so bad but unfortunately for what we paid it wasn't even close to what we expected especially after all the other reviews and pictures we saw before hand. Unfortunately our driver was over an hour late to pick us up. By the time we got there we waited for others to get back from their ride and we were led down the beach and through the water and back. We had the impression for what we paid we were supposed to go through the town and the beach and we never got that. I thoroughly enjoyed the horses and the ride itself and the people were very nice its was just very much disappointing in the end.

Didn’t happen - Didn’t happen and no one answered my calls , was left stranded.
My taxi driver knew the owner and called him for me , no answer she said she wondered if he was off the island as she had not seen him !!

TERRIBLE - Book through this company but our cruise got canceled due to bad weather but they never got back to me or messaged me prior to my excursion to make sure I knew where to meet etc DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They don’t care about communicating with you

BEWARE!! Cruise ship could not port and no refund! - Vacationer beware!!! Our Carnival cruise ship could not port at Grand Turks due to weather. Despite repeated messages sent and phone calls thru WhatsApp to the tour operator, we got no response and no refund.

Horrible No Show - Extremely unhappy! The operator never showed up to meet. Multiple people on the island called “Royal” and he never answered. They also stated that he no longer has horses. I looked forward to this excursion. This experience was very disheartening.

Ride da Rhythm was a no show - We did not have a great time because the Ride da Rhythm was a no show. We verified we were in the correction location (there is only one place in Grand Turk to meet). We asked a policeman to call him and he did more than once and the phone was not answered. We waited for over 30 minutes. Several Grand Turk natives (Including the policeman) told us he was unreliable. Since it's a small island they all know each other.
We expect a full refund. I will disputing this charge on my credit card if we do not receive a full refund.

No horse no guide - No one showed up to take us on our ride. There was no way to contact provider. We did not get to enjoy the excursion! Very disappointing.
