Close call - We rented 3 carts. Shortly after we started out one of the carts almost rammed another. It had absolutely no brakes. We called and another was brought to us. It was much slower than the others and kept us from touring as we had expected to. Evidently the carts aren't inspected before use.

Great time exploring the island! - Driving from beach to beach in a golf cart was an amazing adventure. We toured at our own pace and saw everything on our "must see" list. We swam at the most wonderful private beach for several hours. We had a flat tire and within minutes a person showed up, changed it and got us back on our way. Great customer service! We definitely recommend MaxCart Auto Rentals for your island adventure.

No problems - This is our 3rd time renting a golf cart from MaxKart. No problems. Helpful staff. They provide a map to you and highlight areas of interest.

Grand Turk - Everything was real fun the wild donkeys 🫏 that were there and the beautiful views of the island what I didn’t like and it needs to be said before you make reservations is the people at the port well outside the port where you get the cart make you pay them $10.00 cash only for fuel luckily I had some cash on me

Enjoyed golf cart adventure! - We enjoyed our golf cart to travel around the island! A map was provided but it was difficult to follow because there were no road names to follow. It also needs to be more clear on the booking page about paying an extra fee for gas.

Grand Turk on our own - Easy process and a great way to explore the island! Went from one end of the island to the other and stopped at some beautiful beaches along the way. Fed some donkeys, did some shopping and experienced Jacks Shack.

Not with Max - Viewing the water and all the donkeys. Attendant wasn't concerned when I told her that brakes didn't work. She just shook her head and told me I had to pay $15 for gas

Couldn't stop - I gave this 3 stars because our golf cart didnt have breaks. We went to exchange it for another one and that golf cart did not have breaks either. It has a parking break but not one for stopping 😕 . we enjoyed the island and time with friends. Our friends used paradise carts and they had breaks.

2 of the 4 golf carts we... - 2 of the 4 golf carts we rented broke down. The map we were given was basically useless. No street names on the map

Electric charge for gasoline - We rent Electric vehicle. The company give for us gas vehicle. We pay everything but they charge extra 10 dollars for gasoline. I understand we have to pay for that but we pay for electric car.
