Turks 2024 - Great way to explore on your own time. Stop for local food. The booking was easy and pick up just outside the port gate.

Fabulous - Wonderful service, and the golf cart was in good condition. Recommended if you want to tour Grand Turk on your own pace. .

Disappointed in the island - The guys were great, but the island left much to be desired. I should've stayed on the beach at the port.

Great day at Grand Turk - It was a great experience, cart was well maintained and they were ready for us to show up and all went well. They did not give us a map originally, but went back and got one. The gentleman that gave us the cart did not speak English, so we had a hard time communicating, but his co worker or boss was able to resolve things. They were very kind and helpful

Reliable and easy to get to - Good reliable golf cart for traveling around the island. However, don’t rely on the map provided as it is not accurate. We used our GPS to find the light house. There does seem to be an issue with Carnival Corp trying to intimidate local businesses by not allowing cruisers to walk off the property and using companies outside of Carnival excursions. We did not fee unsafe walking to the spot where we needed to meet our guy from Paradise. Overall, I would use Paradise golf cart rentals again.

No big complaints… - Our family rented 4 golf carts. Two ran faster and two slower. The guys were nice enough…the maps were not very good and you also have to either return the cart full of gas or pay them $10 for fuel in addition to the rental fee that was already paid.

Not paradise - Paradise carts was a disaster. Please rent from the company inside the port and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this one. The cart they gave us was so old and beaten up, the mirrors were barely hanging on add useless since they could not stay in place. The seats were horrible, the cart was filthy with many broken parts and they gave it to us with very little gas, so we had to spend an additional $25 on fuel. As an aside, this is the 2nd time we have had trouble after booking through viator. I would suggest not using them either.

DO NOT RENT OR USE THIS COMPANY. - DO NOT RENT!! We paid $112 online through this company for a golf cart in Grand Turk. Upon arrival Paradise informed me they did not have a golf cart for me. Even after showing my receipt and confirmation they said they didn’t have one for me or one available. So they “paradise representative” told me the guy beside him might have one. I asked him and he said he did and it would be $160 cash only for the 4 seater. At that point we had walked to where the golf carts are and needed a ride to our destination. We paid the $160 to get the golf cart he gave us a map and his cell phone number and when I asked what company he was working for he said paradise. I TOLD HIM we literally rented one from them and they just told me they didn’t have one available. He then said “$160 if you want it bistro will refund your $112”. We paid the $160 so we could enjoy our day and went to Jacks on the beach which was fabulous. A few of us ladies decided to go shop while the guys where at the beach. We went to the shops and parked at the entrance of the cruise port which is where we rented the golf cart. We asked if we could park there and shop but told them we would be back for our golf cart as we had to pick up our family from Jacks and come back in time to make the ship. They said “YES PARK RIGHT THERE”. I took the key and we shopped for about 45 min. When we returned all the golf carts minus about 3 were gone. The guys left with those carts said they did not work for paradise but paradise had took all of their carts and left. So there we were stranded with no cart which we had then paid for TWICE and no way to pick up our family. I them paid a guy in a truck to take me to Jacks on the beach to pick up our family and they had to ride in the back of the truck in order for us to make the ship. So we paid TWICE and still were left without a ride for the rest of our time on the island. Not to mention I still had the keys to that cart.

Bad - Golf carts were trash. Had no gas in them and had to walk very far to get to them from the port. Also very dirty. Go elsewhere. We had to put gas in them ourselves.

Not worth it! - Nothing, this experience was terrible. The attendants were not very friendly, didn’t explain anything to us. Didn’t have a full tank of gas, the cart kept backfiring and eventually BROKE DOWN and we had to push it off the road. When we returned and asked for a discount, was treated like trash as if this raggedy golf cart was our problem. NEVER AGAIN!
