Highly recommend - 5-Star Review We had an incredible experience renting a golf cart on Grand Turk! The rental company is conveniently located just outside the port gate, making it super easy to find. The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond by sharing excellent recommendations for local businesses, which really made our day special. The golf cart was in great condition and perfect for exploring the island at our own pace. Much faster than others we seen on the island. Renting from them was smooth and hassle-free. When we return to Grand Turk, there’s no question—we’ll rent from them again. Highly recommend!

Great customer service! - Unfortunately our port stop was cancelled due to weather. When I contacted the golf cart rental company, they immediately responded and provided us with refund. I cannot say enough good about how they handled the situation. This is a company who does business right and for that reason alone, I would highly recommend them.

Great Customer Service! - This may be a bit of a strange review but want to provide our feedback anyway. Unfortunately due to weather, our cruise ship was unable to dock at Grand Turk. When we contacted D.E.A. Rental Services about getting a refund, they immediately answered letting us know that our payment would be refunded due to our cancelled port. This company does business right! I can only imagine that had we been fortunate enough to use their golf cart rental services we would have been just as impressed.

Great experience! - We had a great expert with DEA. The golf cart was in great condition and with loved driving around the island doing what we wanted. We felt very safe the entire time and all the residents were super friendly.

Top tier experience. - Not only are their carts the fastest and nicest, they go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. They insisted on giving us a ride back to the port because the mosquitos were out. (100 yards away) They also process the refund of your deposit right in front of you, so you know it’s done, I appreciate that.

Best carts on the island - Great carts and friendly guys. Toured the island with another couple who rented from another company. Their cart was so terrible, the returned it and jumped ours. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Great time - I decided to rent from here because every review I’ve read for other companies mentions breakdowns and slow driving carts. Our golf cart was in good condition and we were passing the slower carts on the road. We were given a map and recommendations of things to go to on the island. We were able to take our time at each place vs having a time limit like the tours. All in all it was a great experience.

Great experience for a great price. - Two couples fit perfect (plus size friendly) on this cart and we were able to see the full island in less than 2 hours. The customer service was great and tentative when we had questions prior to going. The pick up and drop off process was smooth. The speakers were not very loud but we brought our own little speaker. It was a great time seeing what Grand Turk had to offer. We were able to stop and have local food at Jack’s Shack. The jerk chicken was amazing and full of flavor. We were able to take advantage and go to multiple beaches and swam. There is a small trunk to put your towels or lock up valuables under the seat. Overall a great experience and would do it again. We chose not to put gas due to time restrictions and provided them $10 to fill it up for us and gave a cash tip.
