Exceptional Service and an Unforgettable Adventure with DEA Trail Master! - Our family, with ages ranging from 23 to 81, had the opportunity to explore Turks and Caicos with DEA Trailmaster UTVs, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! My elderly parents, who both have multiple hip and knee replacements, were a bit unsure at first, but the DEA rep made everything easy and enjoyable right from the start. The UTVs provided were sporty and fun to drive—much more exciting than your typical golf carts! We were met by a DEA rep with fully fueled UTVs, maps, and good advice on how to make the most of our day. His respectful and polite demeanor set the tone for a great day of exploration. We had the freedom to explore the island at our own pace, thoroughly enjoying the breathtaking scenery, a delicious lunch, and even some time swimming. The best part was knowing that my parents, though exhausted by the end of the day, were in good hands. The DEA rep went above and beyond by offering to drive them from the pick-up site back to the front of the port, ensuring that they could stay with us as long as they could match the energy of the rest of the group. Although I don't have his name, whoever was working on August 20th is truly a gift to the company. Many blessings to you, my friend! Your kindness and professionalism made our dream vacation even more special. We will definitely recommend DEA Trailmaster to anyone looking to explore the island and will gladly use their services again in the future.

UTV Family Fun - The UTV Buggy was a lot of fun for the 4 of us. Way faster to zoom around the island than a golf cart. The all-terrain wheels and suspension helped when we wanted to explore off the beaten path. Definitely louder than a golf cart, but we didn't mind. Super helpful company host that explained the island with a map and everything. We thank you!!

It was fun but very loud, we enjoyed it - We enjoyed it and the gentleman checking us in was very nice and helpful. They said you had to weigh under 160 and it was pretty small just not made for larger people

Exploring Grand Turk in utv - Grand Turk is such a beautiful island. The utv was perfect roof protected us from sun. Comfortable ride. Exploring on our own was really easy getting around and enjoyable

Fun and easy - We had a good time exploring the island using the UTV, it was an easy process. The island is more expensive to see things and purchased items which was surprising but over all we enjoyed the rental from around 9am until 1pm.

Amazing Customer Service - Daniel was great! We unfortunately were unable to actually experience the ATVs for the day while in Grand Turk because I had gotten food poisoning the night before. In turn Daniel was amazing and was so kind to refund us the money for our reservation at the last minute! If we get the opportunity to go back to grand Turk we will absolutely reserve with Daniel and his company again! Thank you so much for being so generous and understanding Daniel!!

Great day on Grand Turk - Short walk from the port, the gentleman waiting for us were excellent. After a quick orientation to the golf cart and a map of the island with handwritten notes and suggestions for lunch we were off. The day was glorious, we explored the island and stopped at several locations for beach play or a quick snack and some drinks. Overall a great day and wonderful experience! Highly recommend this company!!! If you are over 6’5” it may be tight. I’m 6’4” and it was a squeeze to get in.

Overall it was a great experience, team was helpful - During our visit to Grand Turk, we decided to rent a UTV to explore the island, and overall, it was a great experience. The UTV handled the terrain well, allowing us to easily navigate the different parts of the island. We appreciated the convenience and the freedom it offered, making our day full of adventure and fun. However, one downside was the noise level of the machine. The UTV was quite loud, which took away from the otherwise peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the island. If I had to do it again, I would opt for a six-seater golf cart instead, as it would likely be a quieter and more comfortable option. Despite the noise, we still had a blast exploring Grand Turk. The UTV rental was a good way to see the island, but if noise sensitivity is a concern, you might want to consider a quieter alternative.

UTV not worth it - We rented a UTV, and by no means is this a true UTV. It was very small and very loud and hard to turn. It was literally a child size one. We had it less than an hour due to could not even talk to my wife sitting next me! Now their golf cart looked nice and were gas powered so my recommendation would be if you’re going to rent anything. Rent the golf cart and stay far away from the UTV!!!!

Not worth the money - Rent a golf cart , they're faster and quieter..got stuck on the first beach we went in and its loud for no reason lol
