• Surf at Praia Grande - During the summer season, these classes take place every day of the week at least twice a day, at times to be defined according to the state of the sea and the time of the tides.
  Outside the summer season, these classes take place once a day, every day of the week and weekends, at times to be agreed according to sea conditions and class level.

These classes are shared with other students and have a duration of 1h30, being taught by 1 instructor for every 5 students with special attention to the different levels of each group.

All the necessary equipment is included in the class.

Our institution is officially recognized by the Portuguese Surfing Federation and specializes in offering learning experiences in surfing and bodyboarding on the coasts of Maçãs and Praia Grande, located in the iconic region of Sintra. Lessons are held on these beaches and Carcavelos beach, subject to changing ocean conditions. We have various programs tailored to accommodate different experience levels and ages, all within a setting marked by excitement, enjoyment, and safety to maximize the unique experiences and interactions with the sea.
