Best experience in Bolívia - Visiting the Salar de Uyuni was one of the most beautiful experiences I had in 7 months traveling in America. The trip with Trans Andino was wonderful, from the online service to the day of the tour were very attentive. The schedule was fulfilled and the meals were always very delicious, our guide prepared snacks and came the first day to watch the sunset in the salt flat, it was amazing. The accommodations are simple, as expected in the middle of the desert, but everything is very clean and tidy. The hot springs are another highlight of the tour, we stayed there and had the opportunity to admire the starry sky from inside the thermal pool. As I chose to cross to Chile, the guide helped me with all the bureaucracy at the border, and put me in the van that would come to San Pedro do Atacama, in this option it is necessary to pay an extra amount for transport to Chile. I highly recommend the agency.

Mario Number 1 - Our guide Mario was a true professional! He knew how to take the best pictures and really knew his way around a camera utilizing almost all of its options. He paid attention to all the details and hosted an incredible experience for me and my friends. The home cooked food was delicious as well. Would recommend this tour with Mario any day as you could tell he was truly dedicated to the experience and you could really tell how much he loved his job.

Wonderful 3 days in Uyuni - We just returned from our tour to Uyuni and it was wonderful!!! Every stop we made was more beautiful than the last. Especially our guide Luis was great, he gave us several surprises during the tour, he was in charge of taking us through places where there were not so many tourists and explained in detail each point we visited... he is also a great photographer!

A Journey Beyond Expectations - Before the trip, I thought the reflections in the salt flats would be the highlight of our tour. But after arriving, I realized I was wrong—these two days turned out to be the most impressive part of my entire journey. Since we didn’t have much time in Uyuni, I asked Andino to condense a three-day tour into two days. I expected that we might have to miss a few spots, but Andino exceeded my expectations. They made it possible for us to see everything planned for the three-day tour in just two days. Along the way to the Red Lagoon, we even encountered cute little vicuñas. Beyond the fun perspective photos, our guide knew we wanted some beautiful reflection shots. On the last day, just before we took our bus, he made a special effort to find water for us to capture those reflection photos. What a thoughtful guide! He also made sure we got to the bus station on time. I highly recommend our tour guide, Mario. He’s not only a skilled driver but also a very knowledgeable and professional guide. Brilliant company - We had an amazing experience with Tours Transandino. The company is well organised and competent. We had to push back our booking by several months because of family issues and their communication and contacts were always smooth and efficient. Our tour went as planned and on schedule. In fact, it was much better that we imagined it would be. Mario, our guide, was super friendly, competent, safe and knowledgeable. His photos of the Salt Flats are amazing. We chatted about the history of Bolivia, the geology, wild life, societal and political issues. But above all we enjoyed the journey and the amazing places we visited. The border crossing into Chile was super easy too and our waiting transfer took us to our next stop in San Pedro. We have no hesitations in recommending Tours Transandino. Great agency and spectacular place - Amazing landscapes, beautiful place, the photos can not depict how cool this trip is! Good agency, car and simple but comfortable accommodation (wi-fi from the first was in trouble and the second had to pay 20 bolivianos, if I am not mistaken - I recommend not counting on internet); tasty food. Great cost-effectiveness compared to what we were researching from agencies. I recommend that you exchange your currency for Bolivians, as no place accepts card or dollar, and pay attention to the price of entrance fees for the seats that we have to pay there on time and remember that every bathroom there is paid (2, 3, 5 Bolivians - is little but in the end has to take $$) The Guide Luiz Ruarez was very attentive, kind and solved all our problems, removed doubts and explained everything very well.
