Really Good Trip - Really lovely trip up the River Rhine,service on board was very good.The staff were very friendly,efficient and helpful.Could not fault it.10/10.

Beautiful and quiet shipping - Tickets can be purchased online or on site. (be there early enough for ticket sales) The run was very nice, quiet and relaxing. Drinks can be purchased on the ship. The audio output in German and English was easy to understand. There was some interesting information about the individual sights. I would do it again and again.

All top. - We were in Cologne with eleven people and wanted to take a spontaneous boat trip. We just wanted to take an hour's drive. But by the great advice of the friendly and polite man in a cap we were persuaded at the hour and a half. We didn't regret it. Great service. Pitterman and great service.

Nice brief afternoon activity - The boat was nice with multiple areas to sit, inside, outside under the shade or up front. Wait staff were friendly and provide d drinks and light snacks. The trip was just the right length with the audio portions repeated in English which benefited us. Great easy relaxing tour.

Pleasant Sunday Afternoon - Pleasant Sunday afternoon meander along the Rhine. Drinks served very efficiently for those who want them but no pressure to buy. Very busy in the area and on board so definitely worth getting tickets beforhand.

As expected boat tour - Exactly what it says it is, boat tour with recorded facts about the sites. 1 1/2 hrs. Staff was courteous but not overly friendly. Was a dreary ugly day and not many people, I thought they might cancel due to the small group, but we left right on schedule.
