Scenic cycle with kind host - Christian gave us a great tour of the city and had tons of interesting facts about Cologne life and it's past. Most of the route is very scenic and he did very well to navigate us through some of the busier tourist areas. What would recommend this experience to anyone visiting!

Good for all ages - This was a top-notch bike tour. Rainer did a super job keeping track of us all though some people were slower than others. He said his top priority was safety and he made sure we were all safe! By the way I'm 70 years old and was able to keep up with the group just fine. I think a couple of others were my age were a little older, and there was a boy who was 10. Bicycles were sturdy and comfortable, with both hand and foot brakes. The helmets (optional in Germany) were the most comfortable I've ever worn. We had a wonderful snack break in the middle. I understand that normally these tours cap off at 10 people; I think ours had 11 but all went smoothly. I think we stopped off at about eight sites on both sides of the Rhine and Rainer gave capsule histories of each. The amusing anecdotes were a plus!

What fun. - I always love taking a bike tour in a city. You can see so much more and have fun while doing it. This was a great tour, we saw parts of Cologne that most people wouldn't be able to see on a short visit. The guide was great and very knowledgeable about the history of Cologne and it's significance to Germany.

Recommended for exploring the city but depends on Guide. - The bikes were very good and the organization satisfactory. However, the Guide was not very enthusiastic. Although he was friendly, we didn’t learn so much about the city. The tour is still interesting and allows to go around the city in 3 hours.
