- Islas de Rosario - Upon arrival at the pier or meeting point, the guide will check you in, after which you will board the speedboat that will take you to your first destination, the Rosario Islands, where you will have a panoramic view of the islands.
- Islas de Rosario - At this stop, travelers can snorkel with masks provided at the islet “San Martin de Pajarales.” The guide will accompany them and provide instructions to ensure they enjoy the activity and practice it correctly.
- Cholón (Islas del Rosario) - Travelers will enjoy free time and a shrimp cocktail tasting on this island, known as the “party island.” They can also participate in activities and sample some of the local cuisine at an additional cost.
- Rosario Islands - Here, travelers will visit the Blue Water Islet, located within the Rosario Islands. In Agua Azul, sun chairs are included for relaxation.
- Playa Tranquila - Upon arrival in Baru, specifically at the Quiet Beach sector, travelers will enjoy a typical lunch (3 options) included in this tour and will also enjoy the sunset while waiting for the next activity.
- Baru - While waiting for the plankton activity on the calm beach, the guide will provide travelers with a sunset snack and explain through an informative talk what luminous plankton is, how it reproduces, and why it can be observed in few destinations like this one. At approximately 6:30 pm local time, travelers will embark on a speedboat to the swamp where they will experience the luminous plankton.
- Cartagena - At the end of the plankton activity, travelers will return to the parking lot of Baru, where a bus will be waiting to take them to their pick-up point or initial meeting point.
